A new whitewashed seafront villa with red Mediterranean roof is positioned directly on the seashore, where a private garden gate opens out onto a secluded rocky beach. A private mooring for a small boat just outside the villa provides you with an opportunity to spend a leisurely boating and swimming summer, relaxing in its cool and sophisticated garden with unbelievably beautiful sunsets over the Adriatic sea. The house combines all the attractive elements of the Dalmatian tradition, namely stone and wood, used plentifully in the garden walls and inside. Little mysterious iron and wooden gates and courtyards are dotted around the garden.

ACCOMMODATION

The villa comprises of 100 square metres and is surrounded by a 300 square metre Mediterranean garden with direct access to the sea.

Ground floor

From the shaded vine pergola in the front garden you enter into a tiled entrance hall with a feature staircase and a door to the living area. A modern blue and white kitchen is very well equipped with a cooker, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, dishwasher, ice machine, toaster, coffee –maker and kettle. The dining room has a comfortable dining table with plenty of seating for up to eight people. There is a very nice set of plates, cutlery and glassware, as well as a good selection of cooking utensils. In the extension of the open style living space, there is a stylish and airy sitting room, which contains an LCD TV/DVD/media player/sound system. The ground floor has one of the two bathrooms, this one is with a shower and a washing machine.

A curved staircase leads upstairs to three double bedrooms and the second bathroom. Two of the bedrooms have 16 square metres each and are furnished with double beds. The third bedroom is small, with two bunk beds. All bedrooms have balconies with sea views. A separate bathroom with a bath tub serves the upstairs. Good quality bed linen and bath towels are provided.

Garden and boat mooring and the sea

The villa garden is very relaxing and guests have wonderful views of the sea. The garden is surrounded by a stone wall and has patios and terraces, interspersed with olive and lemon trees, rosemary, herbs and flowers. A very attractive and comfortable suite of garden furniture is an area for relaxation in the fresh air by the sea. In addition, in the garden is an open fireplace for cooking, a grill and a barbecue. Just a few strides take you to the sea through your garden gate, where you can sunbathe on the flat rocks, or go down a few more steps and swim in a very clean and warm sea. A mooring for a small boat is at your disposal, and a small motor boat can be rented for an extra price. Sunbeds and pool towels are provided.

The nearest restaurant is on the beach just three minutes walk and the closest shops are 2km distance.

PRICES & AVAILABILITY

All prices are in euro (EUR) and for the whole villa based on Saturday to Saturday bookings. Tourist tax is extra at a rate of approx 1 euro per person per day. A refundable damage deposit of €300 (EUR) is payable on arrival.

• Prices are for a maximum of 6 persons
• The price is increased by 20% if there are more than 6 persons
• Minimum stay 1 week in peak season
• Short stays of at least 4 days are possible out of main season.
