The garden, terraces and the pool and a view of the surroundings and the sea
The villa comprises of 120 square metres of living space and has been meticulously restored, retaining the exquisite stone façade, red roof, green shutters, and a special Brac white slate roof on the outbuildings. As usual, the villa has a typical Dalmatian outdoor stone staircase which leads to the upper floor, but there is also an indoor wooden staircase. The light and airy theme dominates indoors, with pale floors downstairs and warm wood flooring in the bedrooms upstairs. Splashes of yellow and green in the bathroom and living room liven up the space, and the house spills out onto the paved terraces and garden, with a gorgeous pool to cool in. Villa Margot is quite magical. The villa is located in a small village a few kilometres from Supetar and approximately 800 metres from the coast.

ACCOMMODATION
Ground floor
The ground floor comprises of a sitting/dining room, kitchen, small utility room, one double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and a downstairs WC. The sitting room has cream coloured floor tiles, and a pretty yellow suite of two three- seater and one two -seater sofas which can open out into an extra double bed. A French doorway opens out onto a paved courtyard, bringing light into the sitting room. A wood fireplace provides heat in cooler months, and a large table, seating 8 persons comfortably is in one corner of the sitting room. Here you will find a satellite TV/DVD player and a music system.

The solid wood kitchen is stylishly tiled and well equipped with an electric hob, oven, fridge/freezer, dish washer, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, iron, plenty of cooking utensils, plates and glasses. The kitchen door opens out onto a lovely stone-paved terrace with table and chairs for outdoor dining. The downstairs bedroom is tiled with terracotta tiles, and has an extra large double bed with and en-suite bathroom, a small writing desk and its own door to a little private garden terrace. There is also a shower room by the outside terrace.

An elegant wooden staircase leads from the sitting room to the two upstairs bedrooms. Bedroom 2 has a large double bed and bedroom 3 has twin beds. They share a blue and white tiled family bathroom. From the bedrooms you can see the azure blue Adriatic sea. Soap, shampoo and plenty of towels are provided. All three bedrooms have satellite TV.

Garden
The garden is very pretty and consists of lawn and paved terraces. Gorgeous Mediterranean flowers and plants such as palm trees and bougainvilleas grow in the garden. From this lovely garden area there is a view of the village church tower.

Pool
A mosaic pool has a whirlpool spa. It is situated at the side of the house, among stone sunbathing areas and raised wooden decking, with sun loungers. Next to the pool is a covered terrace with a stone oven/barbecue and outdoor dining table, providing shade.

Several paved patios and terraces, with benches, or table and chairs are scattered around the villa. The potted plants are geraniums, hydrangeas, a variety of flowers and roses in flower beds.

BOATING
Small boats can be hired from the main coastal towns and resorts. The coastline and inshore islands are ideal for exploring by small boat. To hire a motor boat you will require an appropriate licence or you will need to hire a skipper. For more information visit our Charter page.
