A classic small Istrian house in a picture postcard village, home to 35 inhabitants. This farming area with vineyards and olive groves offers a slow, peaceful and relaxing village life and is also very close to interesting old towns and good local restaurants and taverns. The villa is over 100 years old and it has recently been completely renovated and furnished for the comfortable vacation .
ACCOMMODATION
Ground floor
The villa is reached from a small country road passing through fields and meadows. It has an open plan kitchen with a dining table for six to eight persons, and a sitting room area with a sofa which can also be used as an additional bed. The kitchen has a stove with 3 gas rings and one electrical ring, a refrigerator with a freezing compartment , a microwave, a coffee machine, dish washer, and an air extractor above the cooking rings. Downstairs shower room also contains a washing machine. Wood staircase leads to the first floor.

Second floor
A large attic bedroom with a sloping roof, with two single beds, two comfortable arm chairs and a sofa which can also sleep one to two persons. This bedroom shares the first floor shower room.

OUTSIDE
The villa has a lovely walled and gated courtyard which is filled with plant pots. There is a large sun umbrella, a substantial outdoor barbecue, and a separate pizza oven. An old stone dining table under a shady covered terrace is a charming place to eat alfresco.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Nearest town is Savicenta, where there is a good restaurant, a shop, a bakery, post office and an ATM machine. Nearest beach 10 miles (16km).
Pets are welcome at 7 euro per pet per day paid to the owner directly.
BOATING
Small boats can be hired from the main coastal towns and resorts. The coastline and inshore islands are ideal for exploring by small boat. To hire a motor boat you will require an appropriate licence or you will need to hire a skipper. For more information visit our Charter page.
PRICES & AVAILABILITY
All prices are in euro (EUR) and for the whole villa based on Saturday to Saturday bookings. Tourist tax is extra at a rate of approx 1 euro per person per day. A refundable damage deposit of €100 (EUR) is payable on arrival.
