A three bedroom, three bathroom luxury air-conditioned villa with a garden and pool, just 10 metres from the beach and its own mooring. Sleeps 6 to 7.

This beautiful seaside villa is in a stunning position, surrounded by sea, sun and pine trees of the Korcula island. The beach is within stone’s throw and the atmosphere is peaceful and relaxing. The small charming town of Vela Luka, famous for its fishermen and wonderful fish and seafood is within easy reach, ten minutes by car. The villa is built on a rock with just a few similar villas around it. A few steps lead down to the clearest sea, fantastic to swim in, and your own mooring for a small boat. The owners have used pale tiles, wood and stone as finish materials for the villa, and the effect is light and bright, with sea views all around.

ACCOMMODATION

The villa is rented as one house, but consists of two separate apartments linked by an outdoor stone staircase.

The ground floor

The ground floor of the villa is open plan and tiled, with a fully equipped kitchen /dining room for six to eight people. The sitting room has a satellite TV, fridge with freezer, stove, oven, hood, microwave, electric kettle, toaster, coffee maker, dishwasher, washing machine, hair dryer, iron and ironing board. The sitting area opens out onto a stone clad courtyard with a pool. Also on the ground floor is one double bedroom and bathroom. The bedroom has oak floors and wonderful antique beds and wardrobe, good bed linen and plenty of towels.

This floor also has a fully equipped kitchen, as above, and a dining table for six people. There is plenty of sofas and armchairs, pieces of local antique furniture and mirrors and a TV /DVD player. Two double bedrooms with pale wood floor, white walls with some exposed stone each have new modern double beds and en-suite bathrooms tiled in seaside colours. From the sitting room you walk out onto a wonderful, large covered balcony overlooking the sea with unforgettable views. The balcony has a barbecue and an outdoor dining table and is truly an additional, outdoor sitting room.

OUTSIDE

In the garden palm trees, flowers and bushes provide a real Mediterranean setting, made even better by the oval shaped swimming pool surrounded by many deck chairs and umbrellas and views of the sea. Sitting and dining areas are by the pool and in the barbecue corner. An amazing bonus is your own private mooring for a small boat, and the sea just a few metres away.

PRICES & AVAILABILITY

All prices are in euro (EUR) and for the whole villa based on Saturday to Saturday bookings. Tourist tax is extra at a rate of approx 1 euro per person per day. A refundable damage deposit of €400 (EUR) is payable on arrival.
