This sweet beach side villa is located right on a pebble beach, 10 metres from the sea. It is on the outskirts of a small charming fishing village, a few km from the bustling town of Supetar. Turn off from the country road down a gravel track, and you will soon get to this unique seaside villa. Inside, the villa is roomy, 180 square metres of living space, and can accommodate up to nine people. In front of the villa is the beach and the lovely Adriatic sea, warm and great to swim in. Around the villa are pine trees for shade and wonderful scent of the sea and pines. An amazing extra bonus for this incredible house is that you can bring your boat and moor it in front of the villa!

ACCOMMODATION
The exterior of the villa has an authentic charm of a seaside cottage, painted in honey sand colour with green shutters, but inside it is turned into a luxury modern residence with air conditioning, bathrooms and comfortable beds. Your own mooring is perfect for boaters.
Ground floor
On the ground floor is an open plan living, dining and cooking area. The large kitchen with a dining area has a dining table that can fit nine people and it is equipped with a cooker, fridge freezer, a dishwasher, microwave, a coffee maker, kettle and toaster, nice plates and glasses and good cooking utensils. The kitchen is connected to the sitting room with a leather sofa and chairs, a TV/DVD players provided. On the ground floor is a separate WC and bathroom with a Jacuzzi bath.

Lower ground floor
Stairs down from the living room lead to the cool and spacious bedroom with a double bed, and a sofa bed, so that three people can sleep there if necessary.
First floor
The first floor features two double bedrooms with superb sea views. Each bedroom has its own shower room. These bedrooms can accept and extra bed each, so that maximum three persons can sleep in each bedroom. Also two child cots are provided for no extra charge.

OUTSIDE
The villa is a detached property standing on its own, in a small pine woodland and directly on the beach. There is just one other small villa in the same bay, and it is about 200 metres away. So this villa is very private. Sitting on its terrace, you just see the sea and the beach. There is an incredible feel of space, beach atmosphere and easy living, and yet it is close to all the amenities.

BOATING

VILLA LOCATION
PRICES & AVAILABILITY
All prices are in euro (EUR) and for the whole villa based on Saturday to Saturday bookings. Tourist tax is extra at a rate of approx 1 euro per person per day. A refundable damage deposit of €300 (EUR) is payable on arrival.
