A small estate of new apartment villas, resembling an old fishing village, has about 40 studios or one bedroom or two bedroom apartments to offer. The village location is just a few meters from the beach and there are lovely sea views. Apart from the good beaches, the guests of the apartments can use the excellent facilities of the local five star hotel, such as indoor and outdoor pools, tennis courts, wellness centre and a kindergarten, for extra charge.
ACCOMMODATION
One bedroom apartment. Sleeps 3-4
The apartment is air conditioned and has a balcony. Each one bedroom apartment consists of 43 square metres and accommodates maximum 4 persons (2 adults and 2 children or 3 adults). The sitting room and kitchen diner are open plan and have a sand coloured tiled floor. The kitchen has a cooker with an oven, fridge/freezer, a kettle, and a coffee maker. A corner sofa can comfortably sit four and can pull out into a small double bed. There is a SAT TV. The bedroom has a double bed and wood flooring plus good storage space. The apartment has a shower room.

Two bedroom apartment. Sleeps 4-5
The apartment is air conditioned and has a balcony. A two bedroom apartment consists of 53 square metres and can accommodate maximum 4 adults and 1 child. It has one double bedroom and one twin bedroom which can also be arranged as a double room if necessary. The living space consists of a kitchen diner and a sitting area with a satellite TV. The kitchen has a cooker with an oven, a fridge freezer, a coffee maker and a kettle. The living room has a sofa which can be used as a fifth bed. There is a bathroom with shower and an additional WC.

Studio apartment. Sleeps 2-3
The apartment is air conditioned and has a balcony. Studio apartment accommodates maximum 2 adults and 1 child (up to 14 years). It comprises of 32 square metres and has a small kitchen, twin beds and a pull-out chair which can be an extra bed for one child, SAT TV, a shower room and a balcony.

BOATING
Small boats can be hired from the main coastal towns and resorts. The coastline and inshore islands are ideal for exploring by small boat. To hire a motor boat you will require an appropriate licence or you will need to hire a skipper. For more information visit our Charter page.

All prices are in euro (EUR) and per apartment based on Saturday to Saturday bookings. Tourist tax is extra at a rate of approx 1 euro per person per day.
