The local beach

Recently built modern and spacious villa Mirella is a proper beach villa, just five metres from the beach. Cool interiors, modern equipment, gym, pool, shaded terraces and outdoor life by the beach are all very enjoyable, and swimming in the sea just at your doorstep. Concierge is on call to arrange trips and restaurants, and give you advice on local events. A peaceful seaside villa near a lively town of Supetar with restaurants, shops and entertainment.

ACCOMMODATION

Ground floor

The ground floor consists of an open plan layout with sand coloured tiles and whitewashed walls throughout. There is a large living and dining room, kitchen, laundry, a small gym and a pool table room. The modern living room contains white comfortable settees, a satellite TV/DVD, music system and a wireless internet. French doors lead onto the pool terrace and a lovely shady pergola with the outdoor dining table. There is a fully equipped modern kitchen with a hob and cooker, large fridge freezer, dish washer, microwave oven, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, food blender and iron, and a selection of spices. In the dining area there is a dining table that sits 14 people. Downstairs laundry is provided with a washing machine. On the ground floor is a double bedroom 1 with an extra large double bed and an en-suite shower room.

There are six further double bedrooms, four of which have sea views. Bed linen is changed twice a week and towels every day. Bedroom 2 has an extra large double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower, balcony and sea view. Bedroom 3 has two twin beds, sharing the bathroom with bedroom 2. Bedroom 4 has an extra large double bed and a sofa bed, en-suite shower room and sea view. Bedroom five has an extra large double bed, a soda bed, en suite shower, balcony and sea view. Bedroom six has one extra large double bed, en suite shower and a view of the garden. Bedroom 7 has a large double bed and faces the village road. Hair driers, soaps, shampoos and towels are provided.

In a separate part of the house is the office/reception where you can talk to the villa manager who can advise you about things to see on the island, book a table for you in recommended restaurants, organize excursions, boat or car rentals, or a relaxing massage in the villa. There is also a gym and a games room with a pool table.

In the front garden there is a 28 square metres swimming pool and a terrace, just a few metres from the sea. There is also an outside dining area under the shade of a pergola and oleander trees, seating fourteen people and overlooking the beach. Around the swimming pool there are sixteen deckchairs. In the back yard there is another covered terrace and a big barbecue.
