Swimming pool with the barbecue and sea view

Villa Morelle is a modern seaside villa built in 2009 in the tradition of the local fishing village architecture with a red tiled roof, a white façade, white shutters and terraces and balconies with vistas over the little town and the sea. Floor to ceiling windows open out onto the terraces and the pool area, giving a great feeling of spaciousness and outdoor living. Upstairs living areas open out onto a large balcony stretching along the length of the villa, with even more spectacular views. Cool white and sand colours predominate inside, which is very tastefully furnished with simple elegant furniture and excellent beds. The villa is situated about 200 metres from the town centre, in a quiet position, but close to the shops, restaurants and cafes.

GROUND FLOOR

Living room, dining area and the modern kitchen are open plan, and provide a lot of relaxing space. White tiled floors in the kitchen/dining areas and white sitting room sofas on cool wood floors add to the relaxed feel of the place. The kitchen has a mini bar and is fully equipped, with a mixer, toaster, kettle, coffee machine, microwave, dishwasher, fridge freezer, oven and gas hob, glass, cutlery, plates and all cooking utensils. A large dining table has a lot of room for 8, even 10 persons. The living room has a white sofa and armchairs from which the guests can enjoy the pool and sea views. As the sofa opens out into a double bed, this can be used as an additional sleeping space for two persons. In the sitting area there is a satellite TV, music centre and a wireless internet

Bedrooms and bathrooms.

There are two en-suite double bedrooms on the ground floor. The bedrooms have wooden floors and are furnished in a simple cool style, with very comfortable beds and excellent bed linen. The two white tiled bathrooms are spacious and cool, with modern white baths and basins, sleek taps and showers and plenty of towels which are changed daily.

FIRST FLOOR

Living areas, kitchen, two en-suite bedrooms and a large balcony

First floor is reached by an outside staircase and is laid out the same as the ground floor, with the kitchen and living areas facing the sea and overlooking the pool and terrace.

This large open – plan area also has a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, fridge freezer, electric oven and hob, microwave, mixer, toaster, kettle, coffee machine, glass, cutlery, plates and all cooking utensils. A large dining table has a lot of room for 8, or even 10 persons. The double sofa can also be used as an additional double bed, so up to eight persons can sleep on the first floor.

Balcony On the first floor the large full length balcony is a special feature. It contains a large dining set, and sun umbrellas, and is a great place to enjoy breakfasts, lunches and evening drinks with spectacular Sumartin sunsets, and the unforgettable views of the sea which change throughout the day. In the evening, the flickering lights of the small town, and the fishing boats at sea seen from the villa are just lovely.

OUTSIDE

The main focus of the outdoor area is a kidney shaped pool with a lot of space for sunbathing and outdoor dining by the barbecue. The area around the pool is tiled in cool white stone tiles and there is plenty of room for sun-beds, chairs and sun umbrellas. Just outside the ground floor kitchen is a covered dining area, which provides useful shade for daytime eating. There is good barbecue for the use of the guests. Lovely sea views from the pool area.

Warm evenings are perfect for barbecuing and swimming in the lighted pool, with the village lights and sea in the view.

Parking There is a parking space just outside the villa.

Other Services

The villa and the outdoor areas are cleaned before arrival and after departure. All taxes are included.

Pets are not allowed.

BOATING

Boat hire and skippered excursions are available locally and the villa has its own mooring for tying up a boat. For those wanting to combine a week in the villa with a week sailing we can make recommendations for yacht charter, either bare boat or skippered. See our Charter page.

RATES & AVAILABILITY

Rates are quoted per week for the whole villa Saturday to Saturday and are in euros. Alternative start days are possible, please inquire. Payment must be made in euros. There are no extras. Tourist tax and cleaning are included.
