A four bedroom, two bathroom air-conditioned villa, overlooking the town of Split and the sea, near the national park Marjan. Close to shops, restaurants, cafes and all the amenities that Split offers. 200m from the sea. Sleeps 7-10.

Villa Nora is a pleasant, stone built house in the heart of Split, surrounded by its own peaceful garden, but close to the hustle and bustle of Split, its famous Diocletian’s palace, ancient streets, museums, restaurants, cafes and wonderful shopping. Just a few minute coastal path walk from the beach and at the foot of the large hilly park Marjan, where the residents of Split come for walks and fresh air. After a busy day in Split, it is nice to come back to the villa and relax, enjoying an evening barbecue in the garden. The villa comprises of 140m² and 400m² Mediterranean garden.

ACCOMMODATION

Ground Floor

Kitchen, dining room and sitting room are bright, open plan spaces with an attractive wooden floor throughout, and a wood stove for cooler seasons. In addition to the dining room, kitchen and sitting room, the villa also has a double bedroom and two single bedrooms, and a bathroom, on the ground floor. The kitchen is modern and sleek, equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, toaster, espresso coffee machine, microwave oven, food mixer and a kettle. The sitting area is defined by an attractive wall made of exposed stone. It has a leather sofa and several chairs, satellite TV/DVD/music system and adjoins the dining area with a white modern table which can sit up to eight people. The bedrooms are two single and one double, and share a large new bathroom with tiled mosaic flooring, bath, shower and excellent bathroom furniture. All towels are provided.

A wooden staircase leads to the first floor, with a spacious bedroom with a double bed and a single bed, providing three sleeping spaces upstairs. There is a small kitchenette and a nice new bathroom next to the triple bedroom. In addition, three extra folding beds can be provided on request.

OUTSIDE

The villa has a large paved covered terrace with a stone barbecue and a wooden table and benches. The garden is walled an private, with lawns and palm trees, lemon trees, rosemary and lavender bushes and pot plants of Mediterranean herbs.

Distances to Local Amenities

• The sea is just 200 metres away and the nearest beach is 500 metres away from the villa, reached by a pedestrian walk along the sea
• The town centre is 200 metres away from the villa
• Many shops, restaurants, market, supermarket. Doctor’s surgery and pharmacy are within walking distance

PRICES & AVAILABILITY

All prices are in euro (EUR) and for the whole villa based on Saturday to Saturday bookings. Tourist tax is extra at a rate of approx 1 euro per person per day. A refundable damage deposit of €300 (EUR) is payable on arrival. Other start dates and shorter stays out of season subject to agreement.
