This is an old stone villa covered with original Mediterranean fluted roof tiles beautifully restored, decorated and furnished. The villa is located on a hill above Dubrovnik coastline and has a most wonderful view of the Adriatic. It is only a five minute drive from two lovely local beaches. Stone terraces and a Mediterranean garden surround he house. Indoors you find spacious living areas, tasteful bedrooms, marble bathrooms and original works of art.. To cap it all, a swimming pool on the front terrace has an incomparable panoramic view of the sea. What a wonderful place to return to after a busy day in Dubrovnik or after a day on the beach.
ACCOMMODATION
Second Floor
The living area on the top floor has white stone flooring, a large lavender coloured L-shaped sofa , an open fireplace and shelves with books and decorative items. Her is a satellite TV/DVD player, audio system and internet. Wonderful large windows look at the sea and it appears as if you are floating in the air above the sea. The kitchen is a modern take on a country kitchen, with a fridge/freezer, dishwasher, cooker and hob, kettle, coffee machine, microwave, iron and ironing board and also cooking utensils, plates, cutlery and glassware. Washing machine and hair dryer are also provided. The dining table sits 8 comfortably.

Ground Floor and First Floor
Two beautiful and spacious double bedrooms all with double beds are on the first floor, which have one en-suite and one family bathroom. Bathrooms in this villa are luxuriously spacious and elegant, with excellent showers and Italian sanitary ware, tiles and furniture.
Two more double bedrooms have two family bathrooms to use. The bedrooms have stone or tiled floors and very summery look of light pastel walls, white or brown ceiling beams. There are large double beds and chests, plenty of storage space and all the bed linen and towels are included. Sea views are fantastic.

OUTSIDE
Above the villa lies a big outdoor summer kitchen built of stone. There is a large outdoor barbecue and dining table and chairs. A very wide stone path and terrace with a lavender border connect the summer kitchen to the pool area. The pool is partly carved out natural stone and has an amazing sea view. Around the pool sun beds are provided.

BOATING

PRICES & AVAILABILITY
All prices are in euro (EUR) and for the whole villa based on Saturday to Saturday bookings. Tourist tax is extra at a rate of approx 1 euro per person per day. A refundable damage deposit of €500 (EUR) is payable on arrival.
