The villa at night
Villa Natasha is a 5 star-rated light and bright new stone-built luxury villa, a five minute walk from the beach. The large and tranquil garden comprises of two acres (4000 metres) and is planted with trees that provide summer shade. The villa is surrounded by olive groves, vineyards, pine and oak forests and the sea.
ACCOMMODATION
Ground floor
The ground floor comprises of a vast sitting/dining room, kitchen, utility room and a separate WC and a spacious en-suite bedroom.

The kitchen is 12 square metres and is very well equipped with a 4-ring cooker, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, blender, toaster, icemaker, grill, iron/ironing board. Good quality cooking utensils, plates and glassware are provided as well as set of cooking spices. A separate pantry is next to the kitchen. In the utility room there is a washing machine, drier, storage, iron, ironing board and a sink.
The sitting/dining room is an extremely spacious, pleasant and relaxing living space spreading over 53 square metres, itself the size of a two bedroom flat! The cream tiled floor of the sitting room sets off pretty country style sofas and armchairs and a typical, but modern Istrian open fireplace made of stone and wood. Here is a digital satellite TV (DVB-S, DVB-T), a WiFi/ADSL internet, sound system. Books, DVDs, CDs, games are provided. The dining table seats 8-10 people, and the sitting room opens out on two garden terraces – one south facing and the other north facing. One of the four double bedrooms is on the ground floor, opening out onto the airy garden terrace. This bedroom is 35 square metres floor area and its terrace is 15 square metres, a wonderful bedroom to wake up in and breakfast on the terrace. In addition to the double bed ( 160 X 200cm) it has a sofa bed and its own satellite TV plus en suite shower room.

First floor
Three double en-suite bedrooms each with a terrace, are on the first floor. One has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has a double and two single beds and can also take a child’s cot plus a child’s bed (provided), and has a bathroom. The third bedroom has twin beds and an en-suite bathroom. All the bedrooms have quality wooden floors, and are furnished with white country furniture, with a light and airy summer atmosphere. Some are furnished is solid wood country furniture, with the look of an old Istrian farmhouse. Both styles are totally in keeping with the feel of this villa.

The villa has an underground cellar which provides extra storage space, and wine storage.

The garden, summer kitchen, terraces and hydromassage, heated pool
The villa is surrounded by a beautiful large garden, pool and numerous terraces. In all, there is 2 acres of garden, completely secured by a rustic stone wall. A lovely mosaic heated swimming pool, with hydromassage and size 8 x 5 metres depth 140-170 cm) is close to the villa and is surrounded by a stone-paved sunbathing area with sun beds and pool towels provided. Many relaxing seating areas are dotted around the garden. You can sit under an old oak tree on wooden benches. Or you can enjoy cooking outside in the fully equipped summer kitchen – typically how Croatians cook in the summer months. The summer kitchen has an open wood fireplace and grill, gas fired grill and an old farmhouse stone sink. On the covered terrace by the summer kitchen, facing south, is a dining table for ten, and a sunbathing area of 100 square metres. The north garden terrace faces the kitchen herb garden and contains an outdoor table and chairs.

BOATING
Small boats can be hired from the main coastal towns and resorts. The coastline and inshore islands are ideal for exploring by small boat. To hire a motor boat you will require an appropriate licence or you will need to hire a skipper. For more information visit our Charter page.
