OVERVIEW
This sunny and peaceful, authentic, stone lighthouse neaer Labin has been stylishly renovated and furnished, and is now a fabulous place for nature and sea lovers. The villa is spacious, comprising 170 square metres and is only five metres from the sea, surrounded by a large walled garden. The electricity supply is through solar panels and a generator, so there is no washing machine or dishwasher, but this is a fair price to pay for the wild beauty of this stunning place. There is plenty of gas for cooking and plenty of hot water for showering. Central heating with wood pellet stove.
Just 150 metres away is your own small pebbly beach and it is 5km to the village shop and restaurant. The owners can arrange delivery of home cooked food and boat trips to the local islands. They will also arrange for your laundry to be done, if required. This fabulous and slightly quirky place will be memorable, and loads of culture and restaurants for foodies are nearby. A car (four-wheel drive) is highly recommended!

Ground floor
On the ground floor there is a living room with the original pebble floor, comprising the sitting area with a large satellite TV, kitchen, dining area and a large terrace. On the ground floor there is also one double bedroom and a shower room.
First floor
The first floor has three double bedrooms. The main bedroom has a double bed (180 x 200cm) and an en-suite shower. The second bedroom has a double bed (180 x 200cm) and shares a shower with the third bedroom, which has twin beds (90 x 200 cm). All bed linen and bathroom towels are included.
Outside
The 4000 square metre garden surrounds the villa and is encompassed by a traditional hand-made stone wall. Behind the villa there is a pinewood forest, bringing in fresh scent of pines. The owners have provided a lovely barbecue, terrace and many outdoor sofas, matresses and places to sit and recline in your outdoor lounge, enjoying a stupendous sea view.
