Villa Nesta was renovated in 2009 and is a typical comfortable stone-built house in a quiet village 6km away from the hustle and bustle of Dubrovnik, and within 1.5km of the Dubrovnik Marina. The villa’s living area is 220 square metres, and it is situated in 550 square metres of garden, and terraces planted with lemon trees and lavender. It is arranged on two floors, with an external staircase linking the two floors. The villa is surrounded by wonderful nature and walking paths and is about 6km from the beach. There are four parking spaces for the guests of the villa.

ACCOMMODATION
The ground floor of the villa consists of a sitting romm, dining area and kitchen as well as two double bedrooms, each with a double bed and TV, and WC/shower room and an additional WC. The living room is air-conditioned and opens out on a spacious terrace, from which you can take a few steps down to the pool and the sunbathing deck.

On the first floor are two further double bedrooms and a bathrom with Jacuzzi bath, as well as a living room/games room, with TV and corner seating unit, and a small fitness room. The sitting room and one of the bedrooms open out onto a balcony. The living room/games room is air-conditioned.

A new pool of 8.5m x 4m is exclusively for the use of guests. Terraces are supplied with comfortable outdoor furniture for dining and relaxation . On the ground floor terrace there is a dining table large enough for 8-10 persons. The whole area around the pool is very charming and inviting, and very tranquil. Bath towels are supplied for each guest.

Villa Nesta is shown in the red circle (click to enlarge)Dubrovnik Marina Dubrovnik Marina 1.5km away from the villa is a nice place to visit, with a good restaurant, cafe-bar, aperitif-bar, beer cellar, tennis courts, and a large swimming pool. There is also a good supermarket there, nautical shop and plenty of parking.

Prices are quoted in euro for full week Saturday to Saturday. Tourist tax is included. Dogs are allowed at 15 euro per day extra. Please contact Croatian Villa Holidays for more information and to confirm availability. Baby sitting available.
