This charming new villa is situated in a peaceful and unspoilt countryside near Vela Luka, a fishing village of the most famous fishermen in Croatia. The villa is located just a few minute walk from the sea and beautiful beaches. The villa is in the path of fresh summer breezes and has a really clean air, mixed with the fresh smell of the sea. It is just 250 metres from the beach.
ACCOMMODATION
The villa is pleasantly and simply furnished, using stone, wood and tiles throughout.
Ground floor
On the ground floor living area, which has white floor tiles throughout. It is made up of a spacious open area within which there is a nicely furnished living room with a fireplace, a dining area equipped with nice wooden table and a fully equipped kitchen. This area has access to spacious terrace equipped with another piece of dining wooden furniture and offering amazing view of the surroundings, crystal clear blue sea and islands in the distance. there is a modern kitchen with a dining area and a sitting room furnished with a white sofa where there is a satellite TV, Hi-fi and a DVD player. The kitchen contains an oven, hob, fridge / freezer, coffee maker, microwave and a blender and is supplied with cooking utensils, plates and glassware.
There is also a double bedroom on this floor.

First floor
There a large spacious bedroom on the first floor with a king-sized bed. Both bedrooms have wooden flooring and are simple and inviting. They share a bathroom, which is finished to a very high standard with a large corner bath and shower area.

OUTSIDE
In the garden of the house is an extra stone outbuilding with a barbecue/grill and a covered "cabana" with stylish outdoor furniture, excellent for outdoor dining and resting in a shade. A large paved area of the garden contains a mosaic- lined swimming pool with a massage stream. Around the pool are deck chairs, sun loungers, umbrellas and palm trees, bushes, Mediterranean flowers.
