A 150 year old four bedroom, two bathroom air-conditioned villa with a garden, only 100 metres away from the sea. The villa is situated in Bol on the island of Brac with many pebble beaches, one of them the most famous in Croatia, The Golden Horn beach. Pet friendly. Sea views. Sleeps 7 to 8.
The villa has been carefully renovated and has typical Dalmatian features such as shutters and a white slate roof to protect from the sun. It comprises of 150m square metres of living space and is arranged on two floors. Cool sand coloured tiles and exposed stone walls give a rustic effect downstairs, with very tasteful décor and a mixture of old and new.

The ground floor
The open plan rustic downstairs area contains a fully equipped kitchen, dining area with a large old dining table for eight, and a spacious living room. From the living room, which has earthy and sunny colours, comfortable terracotta coloured sofas and armchairs and a TV/DVD audio centre player, two French doors lead out onto a large sunny front patio garden with sea view and pots of geraniums. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, oven, stove, hood, fridge/freezer, utensils, plates and glassware.

First floor
Wooden stairs lead to the first floor of the villa. Here are three double bedrooms with double beds and one single bedroom. The bedrooms are light and bright, with pretty bed linen in white and blue and plenty of towels. There are two shared shower rooms nicely tiled with blue and green mosaic tiles, and also a separate WC. From the bedrooms there is a great sea view.

OUTSIDE
In the patio garden which is in front of the house where there are sun loungers, barbecue and a dining table for eight people. Also a climbing vine plant provides natural green shade and terracotta pots with Mediterranean flowers provide summer colours. There is a parking place for two cars.

BOATING

PRICES & AVAILABILITY
All prices are in euro (EUR) and for the whole villa based on Saturday to Saturday bookings. Tourist tax is included. A refundable damage deposit of €300 (EUR) is payable on arrival.
