Villa Odette was built in 2012. It is located within a fenced property of 16,000 square meters with olive groves and almond trees, on the slopes of the mountain Kozjak near the town of Trogir. Views to the sea including Kastela Bay, Split, Solta Island and Brac Island. There is air-conditioning in every room and also under-floor heating.

ACCOMMODATION
The villa is built in a cascade of levels extending over three floors.
Ground floor
The first level has a kitchen, dining room, living room area connected with the study / library area on the gallery, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped with gas stove, oven, microwave, two refrigerators/ freezers, ice maker, coffee maker, various mixers, kettle and a toaster. Other household appliances include an iron, ironing board, washing machine, tumble dryer and hair dryer.

The living area has a large L-shaped sofa, satellite TV, DVD player, home cinema and a Hi-fi. The gallery above the living room features a study and library area.

This floor comprises a bedroom with a bathroom and an apartment with a living area, one bedroom and a bathroom.
Second floor
On the second floor is a gallery with twin beds. All rooms have access to the terrace and balcony area with garden furniture.

Villa Odette has five bathrooms (four inside the house, one beneath the pool and gym), each with a shower. The large bathroom on the ground floor also has a whirlpool bath. The property has a wine cellar, a gym. The bathrooms are all beautifully decorated, each different from the last.

OUTSIDE
There is a huge amount of outdoor space to be enjoyed with Villa Odette. The garden has lawns, olive groves, almond trees, a vegetable garden, summer kitchen with barbecue, dining area, a playground, outdoor shower and a bowling alley. There are also many places to sit and enjoy the sunshine on sun decks and terraces with plenty of garden furniture.
The outdoor private pool can be heated and has massage features. It is 10m x 4m and has a depth of 1.2m-1.7m.

BOATING

VILLA LOCATION
PRICES & AVAILABILITY
All prices are in euro (EUR) and for the whole villa based on Saturday to Saturday bookings. Tourist tax is extra at a rate of approx 1 euro per person per day. A refundable damage deposit of €500 (EUR) is payable on arrival.
