This recently renovated and refurbished stone villa has been owned by many generations of the same family. Originally designed as three one bedroom, one bathroom apartments, each on one floor and with a separate entrance, the villa is now rented as a whole and is suitable for groups who wish to be together, but also retain some privacy. In the villa there are three bedrooms with double beds and three sitting rooms with a sofa bed which can be pulled out into a double bed. Each bedroom/sitting room unit also has its own kitchen and a bathroom or a shower room. Each apartment has its own entrance. The beach is 700 metres (about half a mile) away.
ACCOMMODATION
Ground floor
A small hallway leads into the open plan sitting room/kitchen/diner. The sitting room is furnished in the traditional Dalmatian style and has a sofa, which can be turned into a double bed if required. A satellite TV/DVD player and a music centre are provided. The kitchen is also traditional country style and has good cooking facilities-cooker, fridge freezer, microwave oven, coffee machine, toaster. There is a dining table which sits four people comfortably.

Second floor
has the same arrangement as on the ground floor, but has been decorated in a cream and peach, some exposed stone walls and overall in a bright and modern style. The kitchen is stylish in modern cherry wood design and has fridge, freezer, cooker, microwave oven and a toaster and a full set of plates, glassware and cutlery as well as cooking utensils for four persons. The dining area has a table which can sit four. A pleasant sitting room has pull out sofa which can sleep two people. It also contains a satellite TV/DVD player. The bathrooms contains a full size bath.

Third floor
has the same arrangement as on the ground floor, but has been decorated in a cream and pale greens, some exposed stone walls and overall in a bright and modern style. The kitchen is stylish in modern dark grey finish, and has fridge, freezer, cooker, microwave oven and a toaster and a full set of plates, glassware and cutlery as well as cooking utensils for four persons. The dining area has a table which can sit four. A pleasant sitting room has a pull out cream corner sofa which can sleep two people. It also contains a satellite TV/DVD player and has lovely sea views. The bathroom contains a hydro-massage shower.

OUTSIDE
Garden
The villa is surrounded by a pleasant garden, encompassed by a traditional village stone wall, giving it security and privacy. The garden is laid to lawn and Mediterranean shrubs and herbs.
Pool
The pool is surrounded by a stone sunbathing terrace, with sun beds and pool towels available. It is exclusively fort he use of the villa guests.

There are three terraces with dining areas, nice outdoor furniture and two sets of barbecues.

BOATING
