Villa Oyster is located in a small seaside fishing village on the island of Brac. The white stone family villa is surrounded by pines and through the trees you can glimpse and smell the sea. The village is charming and has a proper little fishing harbour, where you can moor a small boat. It is a perfect place to relax, swim, and explore the island of Brac and its charming seaside towns, traditional inland villages, beautiful beaches and the unspoiled nature. One can also take the frequent ferry back to Split (50min ride) for shopping and sightseeing in the amazing Split old town. Oyster Villa has seven double bedrooms and with an extra sofa bed for 2, it can sleep up to 16 persons. It is perfect for large families or groups of friends.
ACCOMMODATION
Ground floor
The ground floor of the villa consists of the main kitchen/diner, a large living room, three bedrooms and two bathrooms. A very spacious 45m² living room has sand coloured floor tiles, white leather sofas and armchairs and a door exiting onto the garden terrace. It has a satellite TV/DVD player and a reading area. Of the three bedrooms two have large double beds and one is a twin bedroom, with fresh bed linen and plenty of towels provided. These bedrooms share two new bathrooms, one is a shower room and also has a washing machine, and the other en-suite with a Jacuzzi bath. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge freezer, cooker, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, coffee machine, cooking utensils and nice plates and glassware. In addition, there is a utility room with an iron and ironing board.

First floor
On the first floor are two additional living areas (actually a one bedroom and a two bedroom apartment each with a satellite TV) with fully equipped fresh modern kitchens, and a futon which can be used as an additional bed. Thus on the first floor in total there are three double bedrooms and two shower rooms and an extra toilet. The two double bedrooms have large double beds and balconies with sun loungers and great sea views. There is also a bedroom with two twin beds, without a balcony.

Second floor
The seventh bedroom is in the attic and it has an extra large double bed with en-suite bathroom.
OUTSIDE
The villa is surrounded by a lovely mediterranean garden full of scented herbs, such as lavender and rosemary and has pine woodland surrounding it. A covered brick-floored terrace provides a large table for alfresco dining for 16 people, sixteen garden chairs together with the stone barbecue. The pool is surrounded by the sunbathing terrace with sunbeds and sun umbrellas. From the sunny pool you can see the nearby sea. There is parking for five cars in the grounds of the villa.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Air conditioning available in living rooms and kitchens, not in bedrooms. If the bedrooms are left open during the day, they cool for the night.
The nearest restaurant and a coffee bar are only five minutes on foot from the villa, but there are also other great restaurants which our villa manager can recommend and they are all between 5 and 15 minutes drive by car or a taxi.
Nearest grocery shops are within walking distance, 300 metres and 800 metres from the villa. Bigger supermarkets, shops, green and fish market, pharmacy, hospital, bank, ATM, gas station, cocktail bars and night bars, all can be found in the town of Supetar, just five minutes drive from Villa Oyster.
Airports: the closest international airport is Split airport on the mainland. Split airport is connected with most of the major European airports, in summer with direct flights. Some low cost companies like easyJet, German Wings, Wizzair, Jet2com, Norwegian, Vueling, Transavia also fly to Split. We can organize for you transfers from the airport to the villa by minibus (via Split ferry port) or by private speed boat directly from the airport to the pier in front of the villa.
Airport transfer times: from 1h 45min by car/minibus (via ferry). 45 minutes by private speed boat or motor yacht.
BOATING
Small boats can be hired from the main coastal towns and resorts. The coastline and inshore islands are ideal for exploring by small boat. To hire a motor boat you will require an appropriate licence or you will need to hire a skipper. For more information visit our Charter page.

All prices are in euro (EUR) and for the whole villa based on Saturday to Saturday bookings. Tourist tax is included. A refundable damage deposit of €500 (EUR) is payable on arrival.
