Villa Pandora is a lovely family villa situated in a small town of Sutivan, and close to the local beach. The villa has been recently renovated and is close to shops, restaurants, and all the amenities. The villa is semi-detached but its garden is private, full of Mediterranean plants and stone patios with shady terraces, and contains a 20m2 swimming pool. It is a bright and airy spacious villa, situated on one of the unspoilt islands of Croatia, Brac. The island is covered with olive groves, vineyards and many wonderful beaches, one of which is a very famous beach Golden Horn, in the town of Bol.

ACCOMMODATION

Accommodation is arranged on three floors, and three available kitchens have cool tiled flooring, cookers, microwaves, dishwashers, fridge freezers, coffee machines, kettles, iron and plenty of cooking utensils, plates and glassware. The atmosphere in the house is bright and airy with an indoor/outdoor feel to it as there are many doors that open out onto terraces and garden, as well as sea views.

The main sitting room is on the first floor, as well as another kitchen and two bedrooms plus a second bathroom. From the sitting room there is access to a large terrace which overlooks the garden and the pool. The sitting room furniture is comfortable and light, with a few antiques dotted around. It contains a satellite TV/DVD and internet.

Another kitchen and sitting room are available on the second floor, also with access to a small terrace with garden and pool view. The two bedrooms on this floor have great views of the sea and the use of the second bathroom. In all, there are three bedrooms with double beds and two with twin beds, and for additional 3 sleeping spaces three folding beds are provided.

Garden and Pool

The garden of this villa is a typical courtyard garden found in Croatian seaside villages and towns. It is in part paved with stone, and surrounded by traditional stone walls, which give privacy to guests. Parts of the garden are planted with cool greenery, Mediterranean shrubs such as lavender and bougainvillea and fruit trees, such as pomegranate and almond. A lovely feature is an old stone well in the garden. Tasteful white wrought iron furniture and a swing chair are there for outdoor relaxation. Some parts of the garden are shaded by a pergola covered in climbing vine.The pool is surrounded with stone paved sunbathing area, with sun-beds and sun umbrellas provided.

There is ample parking just outside of the house.

Amenities

Shops, market, supermarket, restaurants, doctor, chemist and bank are within walking distance of the villa.

Pets are not accepted. Smoking is not allowed.

Yacht charter

RATES & AVAILABILITY

All rates are per week for the whole villa Saturday to Saturday (or other start dates subject to agreement out of season) and are in euro. Payment must be made in euros. Tourist tax and cleaning are included.
