OVERVIEW
Paulina Apartments offer flexible accommodation in a luxurious setting and are close to the beautiful historic city of Dubrovnik. There are 18 apartments in total and all have air-conditioning, free WiFi, off-street parking and all the mod cons. Most of the apartments have their own private balcony with views of the rolling countryside or the Adriatic coast. The beach is less than 500m away. The Lapad Yacht Club is great for watching luxurious boats come and go. There are pretty, independent shops around the Gruz area, and also larger more commercial stores, including plenty of fashionable clothes shops and a large supermarket close by.
Accommodation
Paulina Apartments offer a range of flexible accommodation options, from a one bedroom apartment sleeping 2-3, to a three bedroom apartment sleeping 6-8. All apartments have modern fully fitted kitchens with a cooker, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, coffee maker, iron and ironing board, and all the necessary plates and utensils.
Most have balconies with outside seating. The apartments are spacious, light and airy, with comfortable modern furniture, free WiFi, satellite TV, DVD player, CD player and full air-conditioning. Each apartment has a dining area, spacious living room and one or two bathrooms, the largest having a bathroom, shower room and separate WC. There is ample free on-site parking available.
