Villa Phoenix is situated a few metres from the sea and a lovely sandy beach. Since there is so much to do apart from relaxing on the beach, sampling excellent cuisine, visiting superb vineyards and enjoying 2000 year old cultural heritage, this villa is suitable for round the year rentals. The main villa sleeps 12 people in six bedrooms and for groups of 12 to 16 a self contained 2 bedroom apartment on the 2nd floor can be rented in conjunction with the villa at extra cost.

ACCOMMODATION
The ground floor is a large open plan sitting room with a bar, leading to the dining area. The well equipped kitchen is in a separate outbuilding convenient for outdoor and indoor eating or for use by a professional chef. A Jacuzzi, sauna and a gym are also on the ground floor.
