This is a very special 200 year old stone villa originally built for holidays and summer relaxation. The old walls are almost one metre thick and ensure a cool interior in the summer. The villa has recently been renovated to provide luxurious accommodation, recalling the opulence and comfort demanded by nobility and the rich merchants of ancient Dubrovnik.
Works of art are scattered throughout the villa, and modern Italian designers are represented in the Italian-made country kitchen and other furniture. The villa abounds in marble tiles, oak parquet flooring and all mod cons, such as the fully equipped study with computer and WiFi.
The décor reflects Venetian influence, with pale creams and warm pinks on the walls. The lovely, romantic garden has great views from the terrace, and is the perfect place to enjoy a candle-lit dinner. To cool down, use the outdoor Jacuzzi among the palm trees. Or walk over in a swim suit and plunge into the sea just five metres away.

From the villa and the garden there are views of the sea and the nearby islands. Restaurants, cafes and shops are a few minutes’ walk away.
The villa is accessed from the end of a quayside promenade, through a pillared covered porch and up a couple of steps.
