Villa Rai is located in the small tourist town Rakalj, only 25km from the historical town of Pula. It is a truly luxurious villa teeming with elegance from top to bottom. Very much a modern villa built in keeping with Istrian tradition with stone and wood. The villa itself is 300sq metres; which comprises 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. The grounds are 1000sq metres – complete with pool, garden, terrace, balcony and plenty of garden furniture.

ACCOMMODATION
The villa has two floors.
Ground floor:
The villa is entered via large stone steps which lead up past the pool and then into the beautiful and spacious ground floor living areas of the villa. The living room has a gorgeous window which stretches up and across the entire side of the room, offering an absolutely tremendous view of the "green wall", which is the view across the sea to the island of Cres, the island of Losinj and the whole of Kvarner Bay. The living room has a lovely brick open fireplace round which is a comfortable cushioned wicker sofa, chair and table set. Across from the living room is a dining area which comfortably seats 8 people.

There is a second living room with a widescreen satellite TV and DVD Player. There is also a Hi-fi system. The plump white sofas are arranged around another wood fireplace, with enough seating for all 8 guests. The second dining room is also within this space, the table seats six people. There is a downstairs toilet.

The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances; fridge /freezer, stove, oven, hood, microwave, toaster, blender, coffee maker, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer.

One of the bedrooms is also situated on the ground floor. The bedroom is large, airy and spacious, covering 50sq metres, with a king size bed and ensuite bathroom.

Leading up to the first floor, by a grand stone staircase, to a space that consists of 3 double bedrooms all with double beds, ensuite bathrooms and private terraces of 35sq metres to overlook the entire garden and pool.

OUTSIDE
Exiting from the ground floor leads to the beautiful garden which leads to a beautifully designed summer roofed hacienda with sitting and dining furnishings and an outdoor barbecue. There are plenty of parking spaces available.

A special attraction of Villa Rai is the heated swimming pool, surrounded by deck chairs from which you can lie back and simply appreciate the gorgeous surroundings. In the pool area there is also an outdoor shower and a guest toilet; this is also a utility room with a washing machine and dryer.

PRICES & AVAILABILITY
All prices are in euro (EUR) and for the whole villa based on Saturday to Saturday bookings. Tourist tax is extra at a rate of approx 1 euro per person per day. A refundable damage deposit of €500 (EUR) is payable on arrival. Supplement of 30% for stays of less than 3 days.
