Villa Riva

Villa Riva is a large and luxurious 5-star villa on the promenade by the harbour of Umag, a lively and charming coastal town in Istria. The villa is presented in old – style grandeur, with polished parquet flooring, stone loggias, well proportioned rooms but with modern kitchens and bathrooms. It is surrounded by a Mediterranean garden, laid to lawns behind wrought iron gates. The house is glimpsed between mature Mediterranean pines and palm trees, and a recently added swimming pool completes the luxury status of this special villa.

ACCOMMODATION

Living room and dining room are in open plan arrangement, opening out onto a covered garden terrace and the garden, and sea views. The living area has wonderful wood parquet floor, quality rugs, antique lighting and furniture, comfortable sofas and armchairs and tasteful mirrors and paintings of well known Croatian artists on the walls. This area contains a flat screen satellite TV and a DVD/CD sound system. Next to the living room is an office with high speed internet for the use of guests.,

The first floor has its own sitting room, also with a satellite TV. In addition there are two large double bedrooms with sea view balconies, and these bedrooms share a large bathroom. Further two bedrooms form a master suite with a bathroom and a balcony with table and chairs, overlooking the garden. All the bedrooms are large and furnished with double or twin beds and elegant furniture. Comfortable beds are dressed with excellent bed linen, and plenty of towels and pool towels are provided. All the bathrooms are decorated wit quality Italian tiles, modern furniture and good lighting.
