OVERVIEW

Villa Riviera is a semi-detached house, ideal for those who want a lot of comfort, sea views, away from the busy centre of town and still within a 15 minute drive of Dubrovnik and beaches (5 miles). The villa is arranged on 2 floors and has a pretty Mediterranean garden and infinity pool. There is a private garage and separate parking space.

Accommodation

Ground floor

The ground floor comprises two double bedrooms, bathroom with shower, full kitchen, dining area, and living room. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, cooker, microwave, icemaker, kettle, toaster, dishwasher and washing machine. Other amenities include an iron, ironing board, and hair dryer. The dining area is adjacent to the kitchen and comfortably sits six people. The living room has a comfortable L-shaped sofa with plenty of cushions. Large glass doors fill the room with light and also lead out to the spacious terrace. A sofa bed can accommodate two extra persons. A satellite TV and wireless internet are provided.

First floor

Heading upstairs to the first floor, guests will find the third bedroom, and bathroom with shower. The bedroom also leads onto a 30 m2 balcony with an outside lounge and amazing views to the sea, Gruz harbour and Lapad peninisula. All the bed linen and towels are provided.

Outside

From the terrace beautiful views can be enjoyed of the surrounding area and mountains. There is plenty of outdoor space with a seating area, sun loungers and a barbeque area. Car parking in the entrance driveway.

Dubrovnik Airport

Dubrovnik Airport is located near the town of Cavtat 19km to the south of Dubrovnik. There are direct flights to Dubrovnik from most European countries and from Philadelphia in the USA.

 

There are bus and taxi services into Dubrovnik centre. A taxi transfer can be expected to cost around 35 to 40 euro one way depending on the time of day and the season and a minibus around 50-60 euros.   A shuttle bus service from the airport to Dubrovnik is 7.5 euro per person each way.
