Villa Rocco has been sensitively reconstructed by combining four old farmhouse buildings into a single spacious and luxurious house which has been built in a traditional local style and under the guidance of the architectural heritage experts. The garden of the villa is surrounded by a traditional stone wall with a variety of relaxing and leisure areas including a vineyard. A special attraction of the location of this house is its close proximity to the Krka National Park with the famous Krka waterfalls. The villa is in the village of Trbounje near Drnis, about 33 km inland from Sibenik. The whole area is excellent for long walks, boating, kayaking, white water rafting, cycling, exploring ancient monuments and is 33 - 38 km away from the coast and the beaches of Sibenik and Vodice and one hour drive from the beautiful Paklenica National Park, Velebit mountain and Plitvice lakes.

ACCOMMODATION

Villa Rocco comprises of over 400 square metres of living space with excellent entertainment areas inside and outside. All living rooms, bedrooms and bathrooms are exceptionally spacious. Air-conditioned throughout.

Living room dining room and adjoining kitchen

On the ground floor is a well equipped Croatian farmhouse kitchen with all modern appliances, terracotta tiled floor and stone walls adjoining the dining room with traditional oak furniture and a table that sits ten persons. A large sitting room with an imposing country style fireplace has plenty of seating in comfortable sofas and chairs, satellite TV and a music centre.

There are four en-suite bedrooms, three with double beds and one with twin beds and in addition there are two accessory beds, providing sleeping for 8-10 people in total. Two bedrooms are on the ground floor which can be particularly suitable for guests with impaired mobility.

On the first floor there are two double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. Bedrooms are cool, simple but elegantly furnished, and en-suite bathrooms have lovely mosaic tiles, whirlpool baths and showers, some with double basins. Plenty of towels are provided.

Basement entertainment area

This villa has a great basement for additional entertainment. The basement has a separate sitting room with a bar, indoor barbecue, TV, billiards table, sauna and a bathroom – fabulous for parties or for relaxation after a day on the beach or in the national parks.

The spacious kitchen is entered from the sitting room and is fully equipped with all modern appliances.
