All apartments have LCD satellite TV, DVD, wireless Internet access. Eat-in kitchens are modern and equipped with 4-ring ceramic plates, hood, oven, dish washer, fridge/ freezer, kettle, juice maker, blender, washing machine and dryer, iron and ironing board, baby cot and feeder for the baby, excellent cooking utensils, glassware and plates.
OUTSIDE
The villa has a Mediterranean garden and a lovely swimming pool. There are plenty of deck chairs, an outdoor barbecue-fireplace, outdoor dining table and a gym. Each apartment has its own large terrace with luxury outdoor sitting, dining and garden furniture. The villa has parking spaces for several cars. The villa also has a private boat berth for two boats.

PRICES & AVAILABILITY
All prices are in euro (EUR) and for the whole villa based on Saturday to Saturday bookings. Tourist tax is included. A refundable damage deposit of €1000 (EUR) is payable on arrival.
