A brand new modern, air-conditioned villa with pool, four bedrooms and bathrooms, located close to the fascinating old town of Trogir and a few metres from the beach. Sleeps 8-10.
Villa Sabbion is a recently built villa with clean, modern lines combining luxury with simplicity. It is positioned directly by the sea and its large windows, balconies, wooden decks and chrome railings are reminiscent of a ship sailing in the Adriatic. The cool sophisticated atmosphere predominates in the interior. Excellent finishing materials such as Italian tiles, marble staircase, wrought iron banisters, top quality lighting, and sleek modern furniture make it a luxurious holiday home. Outdoor decking, several seating areas and a magnificent roof terrace with sumptuous garden sofas overlook the beach and the vast expanse of the sea. In the garden, the pool and decking provide privacy for swimming and sunbathing, but you are spoilt for choice of lovely local beaches and walks.

ACCOMODATION
Ground floor
An open plan area consists of a large sitting room with an L-shaped modern sofa which can also be used as a double bed. A satellite TV/ DVD/ music system are in this area. This leads into a modern Italian kitchen with all appliances, gas cooker, dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave, electric kettle, toaster, a coffee machine. The whole area is unified with an attractive wooden floor, and a marble strip along one end of the room leads to an open marble staircase, which is a luxurious feature. Also on the ground floor there is a double bedroom and a shower room. The kitchen is provided with a fun looking breakfast bar and chairs, and a large dining room table which divides the space into the cooking and relaxing areas has enough room to sit eight to ten persons comfortably. All cooking utensils and good quality plates, cutlery and glasses are all provided. Each area is defined with exclusive and tasteful modern lighting.

Upstairs there is one double bedroom with queen size bed overlooking the beach and two bedrooms each with two single beds each. All bedrooms have en-suite bath/shower rooms. Beds are new and comfortable and shower rooms are simply tiled, with plenty of towels provided for the guests.

OUTSIDE
A roof terrace with wooden decking is absolutely stunning, with a huge view of the sea and beach. Quality outdoor sofa and armchairs make this a special place to relax at sunset, and at any time of the day. Several terraces on the ground floor also provide spaces for outside dining, or for relaxation with a coffee and a book. The area surrounding the house is planted with Mediterranean plants and shrubs.

A 20sqm pool is private and sheltered, providing additional relaxation, and you can choose whether you wish to swim in the sea just at the other side of the garden wall, or in the pool. Around the pool are provided sun-loungers and pool towels.
