The beach
Villa Sandelina is a recently renovated typical Dalmatian seaside villa with a characteristically white facade, red roof and shuttered windows. The villa is surrounded with terraces and a garden planted with bouganvillea, a few steps from a quiet beach reached by a footpath. There is a fantastic sea view from the villa. The garden consists of terraces with lawns. Plenty of seating is arranged in different parts of the garden, and a large wooden table provides ample space for dining. This villa is ideal for a relaxing beach holiday.

ACCOMMODATION
Downstairs a large open plan living room and dining area, which are linked with the kitchen, provide a lot of relaxing space, where the sitting room is decorated in cool blue and white, whilst the kitchen and dining room are more vibrant with a pink wall and white furniture. The whole space is linked with a cool stone floor. The white kitchen is fully equipped, with a mixer, toaster, kettle, coffee machine, microwave, dishwasher, fridge freezer, oven and ceramic hob, glass, cutlery, plates and all cooking utensils, stored in numerous cupboards. A large dining table has a lot of room for 8-10 persons. The living room has a large and comfortable L-shaped blue sofa and a satellite TV, music centre and a wireless internet. A green sofa and more chairs are in the kitchen space.

There are three double bedrooms and two single bedrooms. They have wooden floors and are furnished in a simple style with built in wardrobes. Bedrooms have sea views and one of them opens out onto a terrace. The two bathrooms are spacious and cool, with modern stone tiles and white bathroom furniture and plenty of towels.

OUTSIDE
The garden has a terrace with sunbathing space and sun loungers by the pool, to which you step out from the covered shady terrace with table and armchairs. A few steps lead down to the lawn and a barbecue. All this is within a stone’s throw of the beach and the sea which is warm, clear and safe to swim in.

- The villa is cleaned and garden maintained before and after arrival
- Bed linen is changed every third day

PRICES & AVAILABILITY
All prices are in euro (EUR) and for the whole villa based on Saturday to Saturday bookings. Tourist tax is included. A refundable damage deposit of €500 (EUR) is payable on arrival. Minimum stay one week.
