A complex of three old stone buildings recently restored into a stunning residence linked with a lovely garden and pool. The owner lives on site in the original farmhouse very discretely. Partially air conditioned, comfortable and charming, in the heart of the fishing village of Supetar and a few minute walk from the shops, beaches and restaurants. Three cots available, no WiFi but a dongle is provided. Sleeps 7-10.
A gorgeous complex of several small stone houses making a lovely summer retreat. It is located in a narrow street full of old Mediterranean stone houses. Its entrance from the road is through a private gate into walled garden where the little restored houses nest around the swimming pool. A discreet and very pleasant couple who own the villas live in the front house on two upper floors. The basement of the front house (entered externally), the summer kitchen and two other houses as well as the garden, pool and terraces are exclusively for the use of the guests.

ACCOMMODATION
Summer kitchen and ground floor dining and bar area
A separate low outbuilding on the lower terrace near the owner’s house has been restored and fitted as a summer kitchen. It has a gas hob and is fully equipped with an American fridge with an ice maker, freezer, sink, washing machine, kitchen units and a dining table, as well as an open fireplace for barbecues. Outside there is bench seating and a table. Opposite the summer kitchen the ground floor of the main farmhouse is also exclusively for the use of guests. This is arranged as a single large room for dining and entertainment; it has another indoor fireplace, a dining table for 10 people, sitting area and two WCs. The whole has a very traditional feel with exposed stone walls and a beamed ceiling.

Middle villa arranged as two one bedroom apartments : Sleeps 4-6
Steps lead through the lovely walled garden up to middle villa which is arranged as two stylish but cosy one bedroom apartments. The ground floor consists of living/kitchen/dining room with a large stone coloured sofa bed. From the sitting room there is a doorway into a double bedroom and a separate shower room; air-conditioning is in the sitting room. The first floor roof apartment is actually reached directly from the garden, as garden steps lead up to higher terrace from which there is an entry to the first floor apartment. This apartment also has a kitchen/dining/living room with a big sofa bed and a dining table. There is a satellite TV/DVD player in each apartment. Air conditioning is provided in the living areas, not in the bedrooms.

Upper villa : Sleeps 3-4
Behind the pool at the top of the garden is a small and light stone barn conversion. From the pool patio you enter the living/kitchen/dining room where there is a large sofa bed and a four seat dining table. Steps lead up to a small landing and a door to a large bedroom with a double bed and a single bed. There is under floor heating on both floors and air conditioning in the bedroom. From the bedroom window there is a panoramic sea view. In the sitting area there is satellite TV/DVD player.
OUTSIDE
Garden and Pool
Garden is walled and very pretty. It is laid slightly uphill and linked with a nice stone path. Some terraces are covered in grass, and there are terracotta pots with palms, also lemon trees and cypress trees. There is a little path behind the barn leading to a good size vegetable garden where guests can help themselves to fresh fruit and vegetables. There are terraces and patios throughout the garden and outdoor table and chairs for everyone.
A very nice pool is located between the Middle and Upper Villa, with sunbathing stone patio and sunbeds and sun umbrellas. From the pool terrace there is an excellent view of the sea looking across to the mainland coastline.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
- Small dogs only on request
- No parking on villa premises but up to three off street parking spaces adjoining the property can be rented at approximately 40 kuna day
- Bed linen and bath towels provided. Bring your own beach towels.
- Guests are welcome to help themselves to fresh produce from the fruit and vegetable garden

- Town centre, market, supermarket, restaurants 5 to 10 mins walk.
BOATING
Small boats can be hired from the main coastal towns and resorts. The coastline and inshore islands are ideal for exploring by small boat. To hire a motor boat you will require an appropriate licence or you will need to hire a skipper. For more information visit our Charter page.

PRICES & AVAILABILITY
All prices are in euro (EUR) and for the whole villa based on Saturday to Saturday bookings. Tourist tax is extra at a rate of approx 1 euro per person per day. A refundable damage deposit of €500 (EUR) is payable on arrival.
