OVERVIEW
The five bedroom newly restored and elegantly furnished villa is close to the sea and has beautiful sea views. The villa has a spacious attic for 2 + 2 people, so it can sleep a maximum of 14 people. The villa has a garden and two lovely terraces and is located next to its three bedroom sister villa, Villa Wings. Rented together the two villas can accommodate a maximum of 24 people.
Accommodation
Ground floor
A very large living room/dining room with great picture windows and doors opening out onto a terrace with splendid sea views. Wifi internet is available throughout. The kitchen has top of the range kitchen furniture, a fridge/freezer, cooker, hob, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, and a coffee machine. A full set of cooking utensils, elegant plates, glassware and cutlery is provided. This floor has a laundry room with a washing machine, ironing board and iron. A large covered terrace furnished with an outdoor table, chairs and chaise-longue provides comfort in the shade. There is a single bedroom with a pull out bed for an additional person and a bathroom on the ground floor.
First floor
The first floor consists of three bedrooms, one with a queen bed and two with single beds, one of which also offer two extra pull out beds. There are also two bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a bathtub. The front terrace is furnished with comfortable outside furniture and umbrellas.
Attic area
The attic has been kept as a spacious open area with a queen bed on one side and a living space with a sofa bed on the other. The sofa bed can be converted in a full size queen bed.
Outside
There are stone terraces with sea views in a garden of Mediterranean plants. There are dining terraces with a perfect view of the shore, the sea, the night time moonlight reflecting on the sea, and magical sunsets. The garden wall stretches out to the beach and the whole garden is enclosed behind walls to give privacy and the terraces are elevated to provide the most pleasant dining experience.
Additional Information
Villa Sargasso's sister villa, Villa Wings, is located next door, both nestling in 600 square metres of garden. Together, the villas can accommodate 24 people in total.
