An elegant and spacious air-conditioned seaside villa. In all there are six bedrooms and five and a half bathrooms, spacious garden and swimming pool, internet access. A few metres from the sea. Sleeps 12.

First floor
The whole of the first floor comprises of a large suite with an open plan sitting room, dining room and a kitchen, and two double bedrooms with two en- suite bathrooms and a separate WC. The living area opens out onto a loggia with a large dining table. Large picture windows of the loggia overlook the pool and the sea, and this creates a lovely impression of being outdoors. A beautiful honey coloured oak floor covers the sitting room. Cream sofas and white walls, rugs and tasteful lighting create a modern and very pleasing living area. A modern Italian kitchen and a dining area follow on from the sitting room, and the flooring is white stone tiles. The kitchen is sleek and black, in striking contrast to the pale creams of the sitting room. The dining table sits eight people. The kitchen is very well equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, fridge freezer, ice maker, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, dish washer.

Second floor
On the second floor are three additional suites, each one with a sitting room, a smaller kitchen, a double bedroom and a bathroom. The kitchens are well equipped and have a dining gable to sit four persons. The bedrooms in the suites are elegantly and comfortably furnished. There is plenty of towels and a good bed linen is provided throughout.

OUTSIDE
Dining room
The villa is built in a large and lovely garden which surrounds it. It is in an area of similar villas with large plots, beautiful gardens and in quiet residential road. The sea is about 10 metres away.
Garden
The garden is on two levels and is predominantly paved with bricks. It is planted with rosemary and lavender bushes, palm trees and Mediterranean greenery. From the garden one can see the sea. A higher level of garden is behind the villa.
Pool
A large pool dominates the garden. There is a lot of sunbathing space around a pool, with sun loungers and sun umbrellas.

The second floor suites have balconies with sea views. The Main suite has an enclosed picture window loggia stretching along the full length of the villa , with a large dining table.

BOATING
Small boats can be hired from the main coastal towns and resorts. The coastline and inshore islands are ideal for exploring by small boat. To hire a motor boat you will require an appropriate licence or you will need to hire a skipper. For more information visit our Charter page.

PRICES & AVAILABILITY
All prices are in euro (EUR) and for the whole villa based on Saturday to Saturday bookings. Tourist tax is included. A refundable damage deposit of €500 (EUR) is payable on arrival.
