Villa Selina is a modern seaside villa built in 2010. It is all white façade villa with green shutters very tastefully decorated in cool white and sand colours, furnished with selected pieces of antique furniture and hand made sofas and chairs. The villa sits in its own pleasant garden and is only a few metres away from a quiet beach. A large French window opens out onto the garden and there is a fantastic sea view. The garden consists of terraces with lawns, and traditional stone walls typical for the local village look. Plenty of seating is arranged in different parts of the garden, and a large wooden table provides ample space for 10 people. The three bedrooms are light and airy and can sleep seven persons, with an additional three beds available so, in total, 10 people can enjoy this villa which is ideal for a relaxing beach holiday.

ACCOMMODATION
Downstairs a large open plan living room and dining area, which are linked with the kitchen, provide a lot of relaxing space. The kitchen is fully equipped, with a mixer, toaster, kettle, coffee machine, microwave, dishwasher, fridge freezer, oven and gas hob, glass, cutlery, plates and all cooking utensils, stored in numerous cupboards. A large dining table has a lot of room for 10 persons. The living room has a large and comfortable L-shaped sofa and from it guests can enjoy garden and beach views. There are a few tasteful mirrors, ornaments and lamps in a pleasant uncluttered setting. White cool walls provide a total relaxed look. In the sitting area there is a satellite TV, music centre and a wireless internet

First Floor
There are three bedrooms on the first floor, two with double beds and one with a double and a single bed. The bedrooms have wooden floors and are furnished in a simple oriental style with built in wardrobes. Bedrooms have uninterrupted sea views and one of them opens out onto a terrace with sun-loungers. The two bathrooms are spacious and cool, with modern stone coloured basins, sleek taps and showers and plenty of towels which are changed daily.

OUTSIDE
The garden has a terrace made of decking, to which you step out from the inside sitting area, a lovely detail for a seaside setting. A few steps lead down to the lawn, with many sun beds, armchairs, tables and a barbecue. All this is within a stone’s throw of the beach and the sea which is warm, clear and safe to swim in.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
- Villa is cleaned and garden maintained before and after arrival
- Towels are changed daily
- Bed linen is changed every third day
Some fantastic restaurants are within walking and biking distance. The nearest is "Bilin" which serves simple fresh fish and sea food, the service is delightful. Two good restaurants in Sumartin are "Top" and a pizzeria "Vrh Braca" (meaning top of Brac). There are numerous restaurants further afield, and also on the neighbouring island of Hvar.
BOATING
Boat hire and skippered excursions are available locally. Visit the islands of Solta, Hvar, Vis. For those wanting to combine a week in the villa with a week sailing, we can organise yacht charter, either bare boat or skippered. For more information visit our Charter page.
VILLA LOCATION
PRICES & AVAILABILITY
All prices are in euro (EUR) and for the whole villa based on Saturday to Saturday bookings. Tourist tax is included. A refundable damage deposit of €500 (EUR) is payable on arrival. The damage deposit can be paid by credit card.
