Overview
The modern sea side villa is one of ten newly built villas, situated directly at the beach on the outskirts of Privlaka. Water sport enthusiasts will love this villa as there are many water based activities offered in the vicinity. The crystal clear water invites to swim and dive or play water polo. Why not try the local game picigin, a local ball game played in the shallow waters of the sea. Its only about 20km from Privlaka to Zadar where there are many more activities on offer, like big game finishing trips, canoe safaris, rafting and kayaking and many more. A great holiday choice for families, teenagers and adults, for beach lovers and the active, sporty types.
Accommodation
The total living space of villa No 3 of 130 square metres stretches over three floors and offers free WiFi access.
Ground floor
The ground floor comprises an open plan living/dining area with kitchen and a modern bathroom. The living space is kept in white with cream coloured tiles which gives the room a summery airy feel. Beautiful pictures capture the sea side atmosphere and complement the clean lines of the modern furniture. Make yourself comfortable and watch your favourite show on the flat screen TV, reclining in one of the stylish sofas or armchairs. The dining area, with direct access to the terrace, has a white dining table with enough seating for eight people and the adjacent kitchen is fully equipped with electric hob, oven, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, kettle and coffeemaker, toaster, cooking utensils, crockery, cutlery and glasses. There is also a washing machine, iron and ironing board and a hair dryer and safe.
First floor
A wooden staircase leads from the living area to the first floor where you find one double bedroom and one twin bedroom with a shared shower room. One of the bedrooms has its own balcony. The bedrooms have wooden flooring. Bedlinen and towels are provided.
Second floor
There are two further bedrooms on the second floor which share a bathroom, too. You will love to sit outside watching the sunset or enjoying a bit of me-time reading a book.
Outside
From the terrace you have a lovely view over the blue sea. This villa has an outside Jacuzzi and an outside dining area with BBQ and several sun loungers. Parking for two cars. The promenade is just below the garden and is ideal for a jogging session in the early morning hours.
