The Raised Terrace and Beach
Silver Beach Villa is in a unique position on one of the best beaches in Croatia, providing most luxurious accommodation on the beach front, but at the same time giving you great privacy within its own garden, pool and terraces. The villa is arranged on three floors but is rented as one unit, suitable for those guests who come on their own, or with their own additional visitors or staff and nannies.

ACCOMMODATION
The main entrance of the villa is at the back of the house, facing the street.
Ground Floor
The ground floor has a large living room with a big sofa, 55" LCD TV. One double bedroom and two bathrooms. Outside the living room is a covered terrace with a dining table, a wooden sun deck with modern furniture for comfort and relaxation, sun beds and your own private pool. The whole terrace offers spectacular views to the sea, islands, and mountain and is right on the beach.

Two double bedrooms with separate shower rooms and sea view balconies, a fully equipped kitchen and dining area with seating for 6 persons. A living room which features a fireplace and modern furnishing.

Two double bedrooms one with en-suite bathroom and the second one with a separate shower room. Each bedroom has a balcony with a spectacular sea view. This level features the main fully equipped high class kitchen, dining area for six guests, and a living room and sitting area with designer furniture and a wood fireplace. Additional features included air-conditioning, heating, wooden floors in the living rooms and bedrooms. The bathroom and the ground floor have under floor heating.

OUTSIDE
There is direct access from the villa to the beach.
The villa has a large area of decking and a pool situated directly adjacent to the beach. There is a small landscaped garden. Sun loungers, chairs and tables are provided on the decking area.
Car parking is available 300 metres from the house, however, the car can be taken to within 50 metres for unloading.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

- All bed linen and plenty of towels and beach towels are provided
- Pets are allowed subject to the owner's approval
BOATING
A small 5 metre motor boat is provided for the use of guests at no extra cost. The boat is moored directly outside the villa. Boat hire and skippered excursions are available locally For those wanting to combine a week in the villa with a week sailing we can make recommendations for yacht charter, either bare boat or skippered. All prices are in euro (EUR) and for the whole villa based on Saturday to Saturday bookings. Tourist tax is extra at a rate of approx 1 euro per person per day.
