Villa Solea is one of the fifteen charming beach side villas on the island of Ugljan a few kilometres from Ugljan town and near the famous Kornati islands. The villas are built overlooking a secluded beach, and Villa Solea is on raised ground about 100 metres from the beach. The cream facade, blue shutters and a red tiled roof revoke a modern image of a typical Dalmatian house, and the garden and sea views make this villa a very attractive place for a vacation. Indoors, terracotta tiles, sand- coloured and blue stripe décor and light furniture, good bed linen, towels and comfortable beds provide a relaxing atmosphere for the guests.
ACCOMMODATION
The villa is built on two floors and is air-conditioned throughout.
Ground floor
A large doorway leads to the open plan sitting room with a staircase to the first floor. This room, and the adjoining kitchen have terracotta-tiled floors. A large beige pull-out sofa and a blue striped sofa and armchairs provide plenty comfortable seating. A satellite TV/DVD and a music system, Wi-Fi internet are provided in the sitting room. The kitchen is very well equipped with a cooker, hob, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, microwave, coffee machine, kettle and a toaster, plenty of cooking utensils, cutlery and crockery. It also has a dining table for 8-10 people and good quality Italian kitchen units. One of the double bedrooms with its en-suite bathroom is on the ground floor and has a door to the garden.

Three double bedrooms with en-suite shower rooms and sea views are on the first floor. One is with a double bed, and two with twin beds. Light and cool bed linen and towels are provided for the guests.

OUTSIDE
Garden
The garden surrounding the villa is such a wonderful Mediterranean garden, planted with oleanders, pines and fig trees. In the garden there is a shaded gazebo with a table and chairs for alfresco dining and enjoying the view. A barbecue is in the garden.
Pool
There is a 6m x 4m pool, surrounded by a sunbathing area, with sunbeds, pool towels, sun umbrellas and a wonderful sea view. A covered terrace is laid along the front of the villa. In addition there is a gazebo in the garden

BOATING
Small boats can be hired from the main coastal towns and resorts. The coastline and inshore islands are ideal for exploring by small boat. To hire a motor boat you will require an appropriate licence or you will need to hire a skipper. For more information visit our Charter page.
