Its stylish interior, with spacious living and sleeping areas, together with its magnificent garden, is a metaphor for comfort and luxury. Just 10 minutes' drive from the attractive Adriatic sea, and an hour's drive from the famous, ancient city of Pula, where you can explore the traces of history or enjoy the nightlife. This huge villa, with 230 sqm of floor area and 3500 sqm of plot area, consists of 5 large double bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms and an open plan living, dining and kitchen area. The villa is fully air-conditioned, has free Internet access, TV, sound system and a private gym. Its main feature is the beautiful pool in the heart of the garden, surrounded by a sunbathing terrace and an outdoor dining area, where you can enjoy your time soaking up the sun or relaxing under the bright starry sky.

Accommodation
Ground floor
The ground floor has a big, cosy living area, stylishly furnished, with a satellite TV, DVD, music system, playstation, WiFi and Alexa with Amazon Prime. The large sofa can be changed into an additional sleep for two guests. This is a great, air-conditioned relaxing area, which has a panoramic door leading to the terrace and the pool. It is connected with the kitchen and modern dining area, which has a dining table that sits up to 10 people, looking up to the garden through another panoramic door. The kitchen is modern, fully equipped, with an oven, hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and all cooking utensils and pretty tableware.
There are also two double bedrooms with ensuite bathroom on the ground floor. One bedroom has direct access to the pool terrace and garden.
A separate toilet with washing machine is also on the ground floor.
First floor
A staircase leads to the second floor with three further double bedrooms with comfortable beds and pretty bed linen. One double bedroom has its own balcony. All bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. Plenty of bath towels are provided. There is a satellite TV in every bedroom.
The first floor also has a private gym.
Outside
The villa is surrounded by nature only; it is completely isolated, located in Istrian countryside. In front of the villa there is a large pool size 9 by 4 metres, 1.5 metres deep. A sunbathing area surrounds the pool, with plenty of sun loungers, where you can enjoy the sunny days, or pleasant evenings. A panoramic door in the ground floor sitting area opens up onto an outdoor terrace, which has a barbecue, a big wooden rustic table and a nice swing chair. Here you can all gather in the evenings and enjoy trying traditional Mediterranean meals. Your children will be very happy here as the villa provides table tennis, a children's play area with swing, slide and trampoline, and a volleyball area. The villa grounds are completely fenced off.
