A new small villa, built as a single story building, surrounded by Mediterranean greenery, peace and with a lovely view of the blue bay in front. The villa is located on the edge of the beautiful village of Splitska. The villa has high quality furnishings and comfortable accommodation. The villa is painted with a warm and peachy Mediterranean ochre and sits in a 720 square metre plot with a pool. The indoor space comprises of 100 square metres.

ACCOMMODATION
All accommodation is on a single floor.
The living area of the villa comprises of 40 square metres within which there is nicely furnished living room, dining area and the modern kitchen. The living area is tiled with sand coloured tiles has high French doors which open out onto a charming courtyard. The terracotta coloured sofa and armchairs provide plenty of seating, and the sofa can be used as a double bed. It is equipped with an LCD satellite TV, Hi-fi, and DVD player. The kitchen is new and modern, equipped with stove, oven, hood, fridge with freezer., microwave, electric kettle, coffee machine, juice maker, blender, toaster, cot and feeder for the baby. There is plenty of good cooking utensils, glassware and cutlery. Between the sitting area and the kitchen is a glass dining table for six people.

From the hallway you reach two double bedrooms – one with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom, and the other with two single beds with en-suite shower.

OUTSIDE
The villa has a pretty garden with many different interesting corners. There is a beautiful stone terrace with a stone fireplace/barbecue, a traditional feature of every Dalmatian residence. Here is a table for dining outdoors.

In the south part of the garden there is a magnificent pool (7m x3m) surrounded by a sunbathing terrace with sunbeds and umbrellas. A second terrace with a set of garden furniture is next to the pool area. The pool is private and protected by a lovely natural stone wall, beyond which stretches the woodland, bringing in the fresh scent of pine trees. The whole garden and around the pool is full of summer flowers of wonderful colour.

BOATING

All prices are in euro (EUR) and for the whole villa based on Saturday to Saturday bookings. Tourist tax is included. A refundable damage deposit of €260 (EUR) is payable on arrival.
