One of the rare villa properties occurring directly in Dubrovnik old town, just a few steps away from the main cobbled car-free street of Stradun, with numerous cafes, restaurants and shops, close to medieval squares, churches and museums. It is a five minute walk from the sandy town beach Banje. The villa comprises of 156 square metres of living space on three floors and is beautifully furnished.
On the first floor there is a large double bedroom with a double bed and a shower room, taking the whole of the floor space. The antique bed is supplied with a goose quality mattress, fine bed linen and plenty of towels are provided. The windows of the villa open out onto a typically narrow medieval street of Dubrovnik, full of old stone houses.
A light and airy sitting room has antique wooden floors, white painted wood ceiling beams and exposed old stone walls. It is furnished with soft cream rugs, an elegant and comfortable sofa and armchairs and has a satellite TV. A small bar separates the sitting area from the white kitchen, which has a dishwasher, fridge freezer, a four ring electric hob and oven, microwave oven, kettle, coffee machine, toaster, washing machine and iron. Good cooking utensils, plates and glassware are also provided. A dining table can comfortably sit six people.

A wood staircase leads to the top floor which has two wonderful bedrooms, each with their en-suite shower rooms. One of the bedrooms has a double bed, and the other a single bed, with the possibility of adding another, accessory bed. All bedrooms have lovely bed linen and plenty of towels are provided.

This villa is in the heart of old Dubrovnik, within the ancient city walls. As you walk out of the villa, you find yourself on a little narrow street and turn left to come to the main street of Stradun, cobbled with original century old stones. The whole of the old Dubrovnik is a pedestrianised zone, a completely preserved medieval renaissance town, and Stradun street is a promenade where the whole world strolls at night. It is lined with cafes, shops, restaurants and churches which put on concerts almost every day. Numerous little side streets hide more restaurants, pizzerias and shops, market squares and art galleries. Every street has restaurant tables and chairs lined up against the house walls. There are outdoor shows, and fabulous concerts that take pace in the old ducal palace, the home of the ancient Rectors of Dubrovnik. A short stroll takes you to a very nice town beach, and many seaside cafes and restaurants around the old harbour. Also a few night clubs and late night bars are within 10 mins walking distance.
Secured parking is available in the nearby public car park, but it is not necessary to have a car.

All prices are in euro (EUR) and for the whole villa based on Saturday to Saturday bookings. Tourist tax is included. A refundable damage deposit of €500 (EUR) is payable on arrival.
