A single storey traditional summer cottage by the sea, surrounded by a wonderful garden which opens out onto a pebbly beach, lined by pine trees. Two bedrooms and one bathroom, air conditioned, with an outside Jacuzzi and an immediate reach of a quiet beach. Sleeps 4-6.

Summer Villa is a small gem of a beach side cottage with a shady terrace in front, overgrown with vines, sitting in a large garden by the sea on the magical island of Brac in Dalmatia. This is Croatian seaside "as it once was". The position is absolutely idyllic, in a quiet bay right by the warm and very clear sea, perfect for swimming. The house sits alone in the middle of wonderful greenery and nature. You can relax undisturbed, but you are only a few minutes drive from the charming and busy town of Supetar with numerous excellent restaurants and shops, and a direct ferry link to mainland Split. As one of our guests said "What more can a person want ?"

ACCOMMODATION

All accommodation is on the ground floor.

The villa comprises of two double bedrooms and one bathroom, a spacious kitchen-diner and a sitting room which opens out onto a covered and leafy terrace. The floor is tiled throughout with cool, natural colour tiles and the living area is open plan, with some walls built in stone.

The open-plan kitchen-dining area has a traditional country kitchen, with a table that can seat 6 people. The doors open out from the kitchen and the sitting room onto a charming stone paved section of the garden, with a shaded dining terrace covered with vines. The kitchen is supplied with all the necessary equipment and has a gas cooker, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, coffee machine. All the cooking utensils, plates, cutlery and glassware are provided. The sitting room is comfortable and cosy, with sofas, chairs, nice details and a satellite TV/DVD/music centre. The special feature is a large, stone built country style fireplace.

Garden

The irresistible part of this holiday house is the outside, its garden and the beach next to it. The garden is very large and planted with Mediterranean shrubs, lavender, rosemary, geraniums, lemon trees and grapes. One part of the garden is dedicated to colourful Mediterranean vegetables. Sun beds and swing seats in the garden ensure good sunbathing and relaxation. The garden path leads directly to a very secluded beach.

A covered terrace-loggia is set up with an outdoor dining table and an outside barbecue is nearby. There are wonderful sea views form the terrace, the garden and the house. Beach chairs are provided.

• Parking is availabile in the grounds of the house
• Pets are accepted
• Final cleaning, linen, towels, garden maintenance, jacuzzi maintenance, beach chairs and towels are included

BOATING

Small boats can be hired from the main coastal towns and resorts. The coastline and inshore islands are ideal for exploring by small boat. To hire a motor boat you will require an appropriate licence or you will need to hire a skipper. For more information visit our Charter page.

PRICES & AVAILABILITY

All prices are in euro (EUR) and for the whole villa based on Saturday to Saturday bookings. Tourist tax is extra at a rate of approx 1 euro per person per day.
