The villa is situated on the peaceful island of Kolocep in the Dubrovnik region, in natural and quiet surroundings. The island has fewer than 200 inhabitants and is sunny most of the year. Most of the island is covered by Mediterranean pine forests, vineyards, citrus and olive groves and the locals still earn their living by fishing. There are no cars on this island, it can be reached only by a speed boat or the regular ferry which goes from Dubrovnik four times a day. Within walking distance of the village, the villa is located on the beach front and is surrounded by Mediterranean plants and the scent of dry herbs. It is a modern villa designed to catch the sun all day round. The sand colour of the façade and the honey coloured shutters blend in with sea grasses and pebbles, and with the Adriatic just below the doorstep, this is a very special villa.
ACCOMMODATION
The villa is extremely spacious and comprises of 430 square metres of living space and 1600 square metres of seaside garden which extends all the way to the sea and its private beach of flat stone slabs, where you can sunbathe and swim. The interior is modern and stylish, sunny and airy.

The main living areas are on the first floor where there is and open plan kitchen, dining room and sitting room and a family bathroom. Throughout there is pale wood flooring and cream painted walls. Cream sofas, leather settees, fine antique sofas and armchairs provide plenty of elegant seating, arranged around a stone fireplace and the home entertainment unit with a satellite TV/DVD player/audio system. Many floor to ceiling windows let in the sunshine and give wonderful views of the countryside and the sea. The modern Italian kitchen is equipped for gourmet cooking, with a fridge/freezer, dishwasher, cooker and hob, microwave oven, coffee machine, kettle, toaster and plenty of excellent cooking utensils, plates and glassware. The dining area is very large with a dining table for ten people and great views as well.

A staircase leads to the second floor where there is an en-suite master bedroom with a four poster bed, and two other double bedrooms which share a bathroom. Each bedroom has a balcony with amazing sea view. The bedrooms have new luxurious beds with excellent mattresses and bed linen, and plenty of towels are provided. Each bedroom is very spacious, has a different colour scheme, derived from the Mediterranean palette of colours. Two extra beds can be provided on request.

OUTSIDE
The villa has a large garden planted with rosemary, lavender, Mediterranean bushes and grasses, pine trees, lemon trees. A beautiful garden terrace has smart and comfortable outdoor sofa and chairs and also a barbecue with a garden dining table and chairs.
Pool at night
A large swimming pool is surrounded by a brick tiled patio and many sun loungers with pool towels and umbrellas. Beautiful plants and a sense of privacy and closeness to the sea is everywhere. Garden steps lead down to the beach.

BOATING

PRICES & AVAILABILITY
All prices are in euro (EUR) and for the whole villa based on Saturday to Saturday bookings. Tourist tax is included. A refundable damage deposit of €800 (EUR) is payable on arrival.
