A hallway leads into sitting room, dining room and a lovely country kitchen
First floor
Two very pleasant bedrooms with double beds, of which one bedroom opens out onto the terrace with a medieval well. The bedrooms have great views of the pool and the countryside and they are furnished with country antiques, which suit the style of the villa. One bathroom with a bath and shower is shared by these bedrooms.

LARGER VILLA
The larger villa comprises of 270m2
Ground floor
On the ground floor from the hallway you find a downstairs WC and a pantry. Then follow an impressive rustic kitchen, large sitting room with a traditional stone fireplace and leather sofas and solid wood country furniture. The sitting room opens out onto a large covered terrace looking over the swimming pool. The kitchen is equipped with excellent cooking utensils, oven, hob, dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, toaster. The herringbone terracotta floor tiles and wooden beams totally replicate the atmosphere of an old Istrian kitchen and the solid wood dining gable can sit 12 persons comfortably.
First floor
A 100 year old oak staircase leads to the first floor hallway and three en-suite, double bedrooms. All the bedrooms have large and comfortable new double beds, and one of the bathrooms has a large Jacuzzi bath. The other two bedrooms have roomy and stylish shower rooms. All beds are of a very high quality with excellent bed linen and plenty of towels. Wooden floors and ceiling beams are in keeping with the character of An Istrian farmhouse.
Second floor
The old oak staircase leads on to the second floor which has a double bedroom with en-suite shower room and fabulous country views.Bedrooma

OUTSIDE
A large 20 000 square metre garden surround the villas and contain 50 olive trees , an old fig tree, walnut tree, oaks and other woodland. An irregularly shaped swimming pool is roughly 10 x 4 metres and is surrounded by two distinct sunbathing patios. Sun loungers, sun umbrellas and pool towels are provided. In one part of the vast garden there is a slide and a swing, a table tennis table and a small football pitch with two goals. An outbuilding in the garden is set up with an excellent traditional stone fireplace/barbecue and is perfect for parties. By the garden is a fresh spring which splashes along during spring and autumn.

BOATING
Small boats can be hired from the main coastal towns and resorts. The coastline and inshore islands are ideal for exploring by small boat. To hire a motor boat you will require an appropriate licence or you will need to hire a skipper. For more information visit our Charter page.
