Villa Trio is located close to the the town of Pazin and is not far from the medieval town of Tinjan. It is comprised of 3 villas all located close together on the estate. The units are designed to be rented together for one large group. The three units share the outdoor swimming pool, sauna and fitness room. They all have a similar layout; each has a living area, a kitchen, 2 bedrooms and bathrooms.

ACCOMMODATION

The houses are all styled in a similar way with the interior décor and finish to the rooms being harmonious. They have lovely tiled floors, wooden ceilings and lots of wooden furnishings.

Each kitchen is fully equipped with gas/electric cooker, refrigerator, freezer, cooker hood, microwave, coffee brewer, washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher. In one kitchen/ living area there is also a sofa bed for sleeping 1 person. Each living room has a satellite TV and CD player. One of the living rooms has a DVD player.

In the largest of the three units there is a dining table seating 14 people, so the whole group can join together under one roof to eat. In the small units there are dining tables for 4 people.

Five of the bedrooms have double beds. The sixth bedroom has a double bed and a single bed. The bedrooms are tastefully decorated in a traditional manner with wooden furnishings, pictures and wooden flooring.

There is also a wine cellar with quality Istrian wines where you can pay to taste local wines.

The sauna and fitness room are located nearby the pool. Within this building is also a shower area.

OUTSIDE

The outdoor space is truly impressive. Not only is there a 50m sq pool, there are also 3 terraces, an outdoor fire/ oven and a children’s playground. There is one open terrace, one covered terrace and one balcony terrace. A large stone patio path makes easy walking between the units. There’s plenty of garden furniture; 14 sun loungers, outdoor dining table, barbecue sun umbrellas and wicker cushioned furniture under one of the covered terraces.

The grounds are beautiful and there are 5 bikes for visitors at the villa to use to explore the surrounding countryside. The children’s play area is absolutely fantastic; there is a wooden climbing frame set with a slide and 2 swings.

BOATING

PRICES & AVAILABILITY

All prices are in euro (EUR) and for the whole villa based on Saturday to Saturday bookings. Tourist tax is extra at a rate of approx 1 euro per person per day.
