Villa Vesna Apartment is a newly renovated, beautifully furnished modern first floor apartment in a private villa situated in one of the prime areas of the seaside town of Pula in Istria. Guests will appreciate its cool freshly decorated interior. The apartment has wonderful sea views over the local marina and is situated in a charming residential area of similar villas with Mediterranean gardens.There is an uninterrupted view of the sea, since the villa is the first villa between the sea and the town- about 100 metres from the sea and the road.
Along the whole of the apartment stretches a very spacious balcony which provides privacy for sunbathing and outdoor dining, but gives you a feeling of space and air, with changing vistas of the sea and coastline. Wonderful for outdoor breakfasts in the sunshine, or evening dinners with the lights of the marina and the town in the distance. The apartment is only five minutes drive from lovely local beaches, cafes, shops, walks and some of the best restaurants in the region.

ACCOMMODATION
The apartment is air-conditioned throughout. It is reached through wrought iron electric gates, with plenty of car parking space in the paved back garden. A set of outside steps leads to the first floor back terrace and the front door of the apartment. The whole apartment is fully air conditioned. Villa Vesna has only three apartments, each one extending over a whole floor of the villa.
Living room
The entrance hall of the villa leads to the kitchen to your right, and a shower room to your left, with the living room ahead of you. Kitchen and living room are open-plan, but a smart glass sliding door can separate the two areas. The living room is very striking with its polished elegant wooden floors, cool white walls and large French doors opening out onto a spacious terrace with panoramic sea views. The room is furnished elegantly with sleek red dining table and chairs, a sideboard with a massive High Definition TV/DVD player and a white recliner sofa, with tasteful modern lighting and ornaments. From this room you can step out onto the long front terrace/balcony, which gives you great views but also a lot of privacy for sunbathing. Sunbeds and sun umbrellas, together with potted plants provide a lovely area for relaxing.

The Italian Schiavollini high gloss modern designer kitchen is a special feature of this apartment. It is very functional but also elegant and it is obvious that a lot of planning and expense has gone into the kitchen look and layout. It is just as smart as the living room, with elegant storage units and plenty of cooking equipment, with all the modern amenities, microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, large gas cooker and oven. All plates, glasses, cutlery and crockery are included. The kitchen overlooks the back terrace of the house. There is a kitchen table for casual dining in the kitchen.
Bedrooms
Three spacious and very comfortable air conditioned bedrooms are furnished with excellent beds. In the front, the main bedroom has a large double bed, a wardrobe with sliding doors, a TV and a door to the front balcony. A smaller bedroom has two single beds and also an access to the balcony. Both these rooms have lovely sea views. The third bedroom is similar to the main bedroom, with another large and comfortable double bed, and is facing the back garden.
Bathrooms
The apartment has two shower rooms tiled in tasteful pale blue and white Italian tiles. The smaller shower room is by the entrance door, and the larger one has a very large shower and a dressing unit with a towel storage cupboard, a washing machine and a dryer. Plenty of bath towels are provided.

The front balcony terrace has sea views and feels very private. It is large enough to accommodate a party of 6-10 persons and is ideal for sunbathing.
Olive garden – the family owns and acre of olive garden, about 3km away from the villa, where the guests can be entertained on request ( extra charge). This is suitable for barbecues and picnics.

All prices are in euros for the whole apartment per week saturday to saturday. Out of season we will accept bookings for less than one week, please enquire.
