Villa Viktoria is located on the island of Ciovo which is linked by a small bridge to the town of Trogir. The villa is directly on the seaside, just five meters from the beach and is arranged on two floors. On the ground floor there are three bedrooms, a sitting room/bedroom and a bathroom including a sauna and a Jacuzzi bathroom . On the first floor there is a large sitting room opening onto a magnificent terrace, a kitchen and a second bathroom. The villa is surrounded by a wonderful garden and garden wall and benefits from TV security system. The access to the beach is directly from the garden and the sea is clear and warm to swim in. You can also relax in privacy around your heated swimming pool and a separate Jacuzzi. Whilst the villa provides a great opportunity for rest and relaxation, it is also not far from numerous restaurants, cafes, shops and clubs and the vibrant old centre of the sophisticated ancient town of Trogir which has many buildings dating back several centuries and is of sufficient cultural importance to be a UNESCO world heritage site.

ACCOMMODATION

Ground floor

The villa’s bedrooms are all on the ground floor. The en-suite master bedroom is very spacious and opens out onto a terrace and has a sea view. It has a large Jacuzzi bath and a sauna. This bedroom and the second bedroom have simple clean lines, wood floors, and double beds with comfortable mattresses plus storage space. The third bedroom is a smart sitting room, which has a home entertainment system and an L-shaped cream sofa which can be pulled out into a double bed. The fourth bedroom is small and contains a set of bunk beds, and a third bed, suitable for children and teenagers. This also has a direct access on the garden terrace. The other bedrooms share the second ground floor bathroom. Bedrooms are cool and light, with good bed linen and plenty of towels provided. Most bedrooms have home entertainment TV systems.

A staircase made of wrought iron metal and thick wood leads upstairs where a kitchen and a breakfast bar/mini bar are situated. The Italian kitchen has all the modern equipment, including the dishwasher, and a microwave oven, fridge/freezer, cooker, and plenty of cooking utensils, plates, glassware. The sitting room has another cream leather corner sofa unit and armchairs, and a dining table for 6-8 people. The best aspect of this space is that large windows and doors open out onto a wonderful covered terrace, looking over the palm trees and the sea. The third bathroom and a separate WC is on this floor.

OUTSIDE

A beautiful garden surrounds the villa. In the garden you will find palm trees, oleander trees, pines, scented bushes of lavender and rosemary and climbing plants which provide shade for terraces. In front of the villa there is a large covered terrace with outdoor furniture, overlooking the garden and the sea. This terrace is close to the Jacuzzi. On one side of the house is a covered terrace with wicker armchairs overlooking the pool and garden. The pool is surrounded by wood decking for sunbathing. Sunbeds are provided. In the garden there is an outdoor summer kitchen equipped for cooking and a barbecue. It also has an outdoor dining table and chairs.

An additional special feature of the garden is the gateway on to the beach. Furthermore, your own yacht can be moored in front of the villa.

Distances to Local Amenities

• Split airport 20 minutes by car.
• Trogir downtown 10 minutes by car.
• Town by pedestrian lanes 3km.
• Attractive shops within minutes of the villa.
• The centre of Čiovo island has plenty of bars and restaurants serving fresh local food and excellent Croatian wine.

BOATING

Small boats can be hired from the main coastal towns and resorts. The coastline and inshore islands are ideal for exploring by small boat. To hire a motor boat you will require an appropriate licence or you will need to hire a skipper. For more information visit our Charter page.
