Vineyard Villa is situated on the Pelješac peninsula in one of the most beautiful corners of Croatian south. It is a luxurious traditional Dalmatian stone house, located in unique landscape and it reflects the authentic atmosphere of this beautiful region. It is situated only 30 metres from the sea and surrounded by beautiful vineyards.

ACCOMMODATION

The villa space is spread over two floors. In total there are two kitchens, two dining rooms, two living rooms, a large summer house, three garden terraces and even an outdoor bowling alley.

Ground floor

The ground floor offers a magnificent view of the crystal clear sea. It has a fully equipped rustic style kitchen with oven, hob, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, toaster, kettle, coffee machine and food processor.

Also, there is a spacious open-plan room with a sitting area containing two large arm chairs and two sofas, a traditional fireplace and a satellite TV, DVD/CD player with surround sound and iPod input. The dining area has beautiful wooden furniture and plenty of seating.

First floor

The ground and first floor are connected by internal wooden staircase. On the first floor there are three spacious bedrooms each with a large double bed and an en suite bathroom. One of the bedrooms has an additional folding bed which allows a seventh person to stay in the villa.

The first floor living room is large and airy with a modern style. The seating is comfortable with a 3-seater sofa and a 2-seater sofa, Satellite TV, DVD/CD player, telephone and internet connection. There is a second dining area and kitchen with doors leading outside to one of the three outdoor terraces.

OUTSIDE

Villa Vineyard has three spacious terraces offering breath-taking views of the sea and islands in the distance. The garden grows lush vegetation and there is also a beautiful and spacious vineyard with 140,000 grapevines. A beautiful private beach equipped with an outdoor shower is only 30 metres away. Also outside is the large infinity pool (32m²), garden furniture, barbecue, summerhouse, bowling alley and a heliport.

It is 2km walk to a beautiful lookout point in the vineyard where there can be wine tasting and refreshments provided. Also you can have an option to visit a shell fish farm with oyster and mussel tasting.

PRICES & AVAILABILITY

All prices are in euro (EUR) and for the whole villa based on Saturday to Saturday bookings. Tourist tax is included. A refundable damage deposit of €500 (EUR) is payable on arrival.
