OVERVIEW
A pretty, rural villa in leafy Istria, the region of vineyards, olive groves, fantastic food, wine and sunny beaches. The villa is just 9km (5 miles) from Porec which is a lively town, great for water sports, beaches, culture, food, seaside walks and cycling paths (The Parenzana road).
This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom villa has plenty of space for 4, even 7 people on 115 square metres of living area. The villa is laid out all on ground floor, with fresh modern floor tiles throughout. The bedrooms are furnished with comfortable new double beds, good bed linen, and bathrooms are stylish with plenty of towels.
Additional 3 people can sleep on the pull out sitting room sofa and a single sofa bed in one of the bedrooms. The villa is fenced. A special tip: visit the local observatory and look at the sky. There are not that many village houses having a world famous observatory in their back yard! Also, fantastic golf course and a tennis school a few miles away. This villa is one of the three smaller villas, built individually, but can be great for a large group of people/families wishing to be together, but in separate houses, each with its own pool.
Accommodation
The stylish, clean and comfortable interior comprises of the open plan living area, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Level with the garden is the sitting room with the sofa, chairs and a reading table, and access to the terrace and pool. Here is a TV and free WiFi. The elegant, new grey kitchen has a table for up to 7, and a dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/freezer, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, kitchen utensils and tableware, all new. Three steps up from the living area there are two bedrooms and shower rooms with lovely bed linen and plenty of towels.
Outside
The fenced garden has lots of lawn, Mediterranean herbs and a kidney shaped pool, sun loungers and umbrellas. Beside the pool there is a large terrace with a stone-built BBQ and a dining area for up to 7 people. There is parking for 1 car.
