Apartment Dubrovnik Yang is in Kommolac, close to the much sought after Dubrovnik town but far enough away to give peace and tranquillity and a countryside feel. The apartment has been recently renovated and has a beautifully modern, clean-cut interior. Yang is the upper apartment and Yin, which can be rented in conjunction, is the lower apartment.

ACCOMMODATION
The apartment has an open plan arrangement. In both the dining area and living room there are wooden floors. The dining table has seating for six people. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern kitchen appliances; refrigerator, oven, stove, hood, cutlery and crockery. The kitchen has a white tiled floor, modern work surfaces and a 2 seater breakfast bar. Just off from the kitchen in the open plan arrangement is the 6-seated dining table.

The living room is tastefully decorated with wooden floors and a thick pile light grey rug. The sofa is very big with a lounge section. There is a SAT TV, Hi-fi, DVD Player and coffee table. Large sliding doors open out onto the balcony. The balcony has outdoor furniture; seating and a table. There are wonderful views of greenery and countryside.

The two bedrooms in the apartment are double with fitted wardrobes. All bedrooms have brand new fittings and furniture. Both bedrooms share a bathroom. The bathroom has been decorated in a nice cappuccino scheme. The fittings are all brand-new and there is a large corner bath.

OUTSIDE
The pool is also brand new, it is in a great sun-trap and has a lovely patio surround of white/grey stone. The pool is communal, shared with sister Apartment Dubrovnik Yang. There are plenty of sun loungers and umbrellas. The bar area is a fantastic poolside out-house with a bar at one end and a barbecue/ grill / pizza oven at the other.

BOATING
Small boats can be hired from the main coastal towns and resorts. The coastline and inshore islands are ideal for exploring by small boat. To hire a motor boat you will require an appropriate licence or you will need to hire a skipper. For more information visit our Charter page.
