Built in 2006, this two bedroom, charming Mediterranean villa offers many comforts and lovely sea views. The villa is within half a mile of the sea. It is a modern version of a Dalmatian cottage, with typically white washed walls outside and inside, and a covered terrace and green shutters. Gardens and pine trees surround the villa and its oval swimming pool.
ACCOMMODATION
Ground floor
All the living areas of the villa are arranged on the ground floor. The kitchen is placed against one wall, with a small breakfast bar dividing it from the roomy dining area. The dining table can sit six comfortably. All the plates, glassware and cooking utensils are provided. In the kitchen is a 4 ring ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, toaster, juice maker and a coffee filter machine. White floor tiles are used in the kitchen/diner and the bathroom. The sitting room and bedrooms have a smart wood parquet flooring. The sitting room is furnished with a comfortable leather sofa and armchairs, a smart bookcase and contains a satellite TV/DVD player. There are two bedrooms, of which one has a double bed, and one has twin beds. An extra folding bed can be provided. A baby cot and high chair are provided on request.

OUTSIDE
Garden and terraces
The villa stands in the garden with lawns, planted with pine trees, lavender, rosemary and lemon trees. A wine pergola provides one shady terrace for outdoor relaxation. In front of the house is a covered terrace, with sea views. On a beautiful brick-paved terrace behind the house is an area for barbecuing, and an outdoor dining table with six chairs.

Pool
A 15 square metres oval pool is behind the villa and has a large amount of sunbathing space. Sun-beds are provided by the pool.
The villa comprises of 85 square metres living space, with 500 square metres garden.

- Parking for one car is provided in the garden of the house
- Pets are not admitted
BOATING
Small boats can be hired from the main coastal towns and resorts. The coastline and inshore islands are ideal for exploring by small boat. To hire a motor boat you will require an appropriate licence or you will need to hire a skipper. For more information visit our Charter page.
PRICES & AVAILABILITY
All prices are in euro (EUR) and for the whole villa based on Saturday to Saturday bookings. Tourist tax is extra at a rate of approx 1 euro per person per day. A refundable damage deposit of €150 (EUR) is payable on arrival. The damage deposit can be paid by credit card.
