WINTER BREAKS
We can offer short breaks in
the Liznjan Villa during the winter season. Our short breaks will be available from mid October until late March as follows:
Three night Weekend Break
arriving Saturdays and departing Tuesdays.
Four night Winter Break
arriving Tuesdays departing Saturdays.
Ryanair fly to Trieste daily throughout the winter and there are scheduled flights to Pula via Zagreb with Croatia Airlines.
The villa will be available from 16.00 on the day of your arrival and on departure you will need
to vacate by 10.00.
Pula Airport is only 12 kilometres from Liznjan - no more than 15 minutes by car through the charming rural backroads or a little longer by the main road via Pula. Taxis and car hire are available at Pula Airport.

Our prices are fully inclusive and for the whole villa for the periods
stated. Tourist tax included. All linen and towels provided. Please note:
The swimming pool will not be in use during the winter season. We will
however provide logs for burning on the open fire.

Skiing
It may seem surprising but from Liznjan you could take a day trip to go
skiing. There are two ski resorts within 2 to 3 hours drive from Liznjan.
The closest is Platak in the mountains above Rijeka where the ski runs
provide spectacular views over the Adriatic and Gulf of Kvarner (www.platak.hr)
. A little further inland is the Bjelolasica resort (www.bjelolasica.hr).
For a two centre holiday providing several days of skiing you could fly
to Rijeka and stay for a day or two at either of these resorts or fly
to Ljubljana (Easyjet) and ski in the Slovenian resorts (Details from
